Pleasantly surprised
I am extremely picky when it comes to running shorts and have tried many, many brands. I bought these thinking that they would probably just be OK and not fabulous. Oh my goodness… These are the most perfect running shorts I have ever had! The length is perfect and they do not ride up at all during runs. I typically run anywhere from 2 to 5 miles and they stay put and are extremely comfortable. The material is breathable and great for very hot days. The only thing I would change is the inner draw cord at the waistband. I think it just gets in the way and looks lumpy because I don't want to tie it during runs. I also think that these are slightly big. For reference, I wear 24 in jeans.

Very comfortable with plenty of pockets. Also, they do not ride up, they stay in place.
Great shorts, bad color for sweat
These shorts are super comfortable, very light and hold everything. My only complaint is the wine color shows sweat. They are fine for the treadmill at home but I won't be wearing this pair for any races.
These show sweat!
I love the print shorts, so I ordered the burgundy ones and just spot tested with a splash of water because the leggy smashems show sweat pretty badly and oh noes....these would show butt sweat something terrible. Back they go.
