I would love to buy this product again
Although I unfortunately didn't receive the jackets due to a delivery issue with the mail carrier, I still wanted to leave a review because the customer service experience was excellent. When the problem occurred, the company quickly attempted to re-ship the items and was very responsive throughout the process. When the second delivery didn't make it either, they promptly issued a refund without any hassle. I really appreciate how professionally and efficiently the situation was handled. It shows they stand behind their customers, and that kind of service definitely makes me comfortable ordering again in the future.

Love this sweater, kids XL is perfect for a womens S Little oversized but I prefer it that way. Would say L is a good fit if your in between size xs-s.
