Lovely light windshield

This is my first running jacket and it was a great choice. I wanted something light to take the edge off the wind and the cold and it performs brilliantly - keeps the upper body warm in temperatures of 1-5C and keeps the wind off but doesn’t overheat in slightly higher temperatures when I would have previously run in just a t-shirt to avoid overheating. Seems like it will be great for late autumn to early spring - probably not enough if you live in a very cold place, and I wouldn’t want to see how it copes with thorns, snags or bushes as it is (obviously) light and thin, so no woodland trail running in this for me.

Great if you are skinny

This feels like a decent shell, but if you have any weight or muscle to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere. It is awkward fitting, tight and designed for thinner frames.

Great Windbreaker

Ran several times in the rain under 40-50F weather and is excellent at keeping me insulated during my runs. The insulation layer stops by the elbow leaving it a bit chilly, I haven’t used the thumb loops as they looked fragile, not to mention the sleeves were a little short. Under light rainy conditions, it was still good at keeping me dry, still forearms are cold. The button is useful to hang my jacket and let in some air.
