Great for cold weather runs!
I like the fit and design, particularly the structure of calves area which is not as tight as the upper part. A zipper or secure pocket for keys would be great. Overall - great product.
Great fit and well made, but only one mesh pocket
I take a small in shorts but have generally sized up for length in tights, so took a bit of a gamble here. I also looked at the lighter Sense Aero tights but went for these as wanted the extra warmth. Despite my fears, they fit well and the length is okay due to the stretch. I also wore them for the first time on a very chilly day and they were perfect for running a Parkrun in, but I didn't get cold before and after unlike some thinner tights I've got. My only gripes are the lack of a secure zipped pocket for a key and the fact that there is only one mesh side pocket, not two as advertised and, whilst fine for a gel, feels as though a key might bounce out. If it says two, they should have two and I hope that the next re-design looks at adding a secure pocket.
3 Stars b/c of bad advertising
Amazing tights, I really love these and how they feel - super stretchy, wick amazingly, trap warmth wonderfully when colder. Salomon says on their website it has TWO pockets, one on each side -- this is completely and disappointingly FALSE. Would have been 5 stars otherwise. 2 pockets would make these standalone for outings, but either need a vest and/or top shorts layer to provide more storage.
Usable, but not as advertised
The first thing I'm docking a point off is the lack of pocket. There's only 1 single pocket on the left side, as opposed to 2 as advertised on this website. The second point off is the drawstring. It's thin, light, and entirely inadequate, as it lacks friction to hold even when I try to cinch down as much as possible for a tight hold on my waist. otherwise, it is of quality made.
Perfect for father and son
Bought two for training for orienteering meet for myself and our son. Perfect weight, not too hot in Carolina late winter/spring. Not being black, our 15 yo was concerned that anyone could see his briefs through the tights, but you cannot. We both enjoy wearing these. I like that they are loose around the ankles so they almost appear to be regular pants.
Fit great and I run faster 😊
The run faster is all in my head 😊, I was dying for an upgrade to my old running tights and this was a good choice. The fit is perfect. I wear 30-32 waist in pants and have very skinny legs and the small is the ticket for me. I have done several winter runs and they feel great.
Pants are fine, but the pockets are missing!
These are nice pants for running in cooler weather. I also use them for participating to boot camp in similar weather. The lack of pockets is a major design flaw. There isn't even a tiny pocket to fit a key. I might have bought a second pair of there were any pockets.
Excellent running tights!
These running tights are warm enough for cool to cold weather training and serve well for cross-country skiing. Great pockets and reflective details that add convenience & safety. Purchased the men's because of the great fit.
Very pleased with the fit and the quality
I am 6’ 190lbs 32” waist, I bought size medium. I’m thrilled with the way they fit. I wear them for running. I’ve had a few different pairs of running tights and these are by far my favorites of what I’ve used.
Warm and comfortable
Purchased a pair just in time for winter this year. Have done a few runs in them on the colder mornings, they are comfortable and still look brand new.
