For circumference, measure around a flat hand at the knuckles; do not include the thumb.
For length, measure the hand from the base of the palm to the end of the middle finger.

Love this mitten! I am a petite woman who always have a hardtime finding mittens and gloves that work for my small hand and fingers. Bought a L size and wow, it worked perfectly :) It is lightweight and yet warm enough for chilly days. Highly recommend!
Sizing!
I couldn't find on the website where it discussed the sizing for these mitts. So thought I'd post a review with the sizing. LG 12-14 years M 9- 11 years I probably should have bought my 5 year old size small but he will just have extra room in the fingers for a few years. I'm hoping these will help with eczema on his hands from too hot and wet gloves.
