Great In Cold Rain
I normally wear size 11.5, so I purchased size 11 because size 10 was too short. The boots are very roomy allowing for thick socks to be worn, but even with thick socks they are too roomy. I inserted two insoles into each boot and now they are much more snug, and have arch support. The boots in themselves have no arch support. The boots keep my feet 100% dry and warm. They are also slip resistant.
My first Bogs purchase
My son has raved about Bogs he has worn. I've had other gum boots that I've worn out, but not a pair of Bogs. It's often damp where I live near a creek, and the 'shoulder seasons' are often navigated with waterproof footwear. My concern was that my feet would sweat too much and become wet and uncomfortable. I have worn them some every day since receiving them, and they are great! Warm without sweating, waterproof and comfortable.
