Sizing Notes
Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements.
SHORT: Some pants are available in short sizes, which generally means an inseam that is 2.5 inches shorter than regular sizes.
TALL: Some pants, shirts, jackets and parkas are available in tall sizes, which generally means an inseam that is 3 inches longer and a rise that is 1 inch longer, a shirt or jacket body that is 2 inches longer, a parka body that is 2.5 inches longer and sleeves that are 2.5 inches longer than regular sizes.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

Survived the “Bomb Cyclone of Christmas 2022”
TL;DR- I like the jacket, it keeps me warm even in sub zero temperatures, and it looks good as well. See my specs for reference, I purchased a Med Long at 6’ 1.5” and 181-183lb. Fits like a champ. Bought this in hopes of replacing the Army IPFU (or APFU for newer generation) jacket I’ve used for approaching 2 decades. This jacket is not weatherproof, but it’s not advertised as such. With that said, and as the title states, this arrived in time for me to really put it to the test. 0600, 24 DEC and the bomb cyclone is still ripping. Thermometer read 1 degree F with sustained winds of 30 mph. As I stepped outside for a 16 miler wearing this jacket, it’s matching Swiftland running pants and a Swifltand long sleeve running shirt underneath, along with some running tights, a high vis beanie and a wool Balacava, I nearly turned right around. The soft part of me wanted to head to the basement and hit the treadmill, but the stubborn part of me said to drive on. So drive on I did. After 100 meters the soft part of me said ‘turn around, you are going to die out here!’ The stubborn part of me said, ‘yeah, that seems a possibility right now.’ Drive on I did. My face froze from the winds whipping snow and freezing precipitation from my nose and mouth instantly. The wool balaclava was an icicle by mile 1. I pushed on to mile 3 and convinced myself to turn around, I couldn’t look up (I was wearing no goggles) and the balaclava was falling of my face. I turned around and headed back, but on my journey back the stubborn part of me just couldn’t accept defeat. ‘What kind of man am I who DNF’s a Saturday 16 miler because the wind chill in -30? I’ve made it this far and I’m not dead yet.’ So when I hit mile 6, which coincided with my driveway, I pushed on. The next 10 miles was not about me, but rather a testament of the human spirit that resides within all of us. This jacket performed exceptionally well, of all the places frozen on my body, my torso was never cold. The matching pants also did very well blocking the wind, but I did for the first time experience what I learned they call ‘groin nip.’ Although not advertised as weatherproof, it shed the whipping snow like a champ. I included a screen shot from the video I recorded right after, but unfortunately I used some strong language in the video so I doubt I can include it here. My friends, my fellow runners, stay hard.
Indirectly Warm For Your Hands!
wonderfully comfortable layer. I tend to warm up fast and sweat easily during runs, so usually I stay away from "insulated" running jackets because I always take them off (and freeze, but its better than being sweaty...). Something I realized about this jacket is... it keeps my hands warm without covering my hands! My hands are super sensitive to the cold and most gloves don't work, but I find myself shedding gloves with this layer, which is unbelievable. It seems as though the strategically placed insulation keeps the core toasty while allowing the body to perspire, and therefore my hands get that circulated warmth from the core without overheating. Excellent jacket!
Perfect Weight for Midwest Winter Runs
Awesome running gear - perfect weight for winter runs and it blocks the wind in the right places. I can wear from about 32F down to 15F with just a t-shirt underneath. Below 15F I have worn long-sleeves occasionally depending on the wind. I normally run with our dog so I haven't tested it in weather too much colder than 10F. May be a touch cold for the first 1-1.5 miles but after that it is generally very comfortable. Somehow manages to not smell after it dries post-run. I'm managing to wash it about once a week so far. Did not seem to shrink or change shape noticeably after washing.
Tough but light
I work in wind turbines and used this jacket during Canadian fall and winter in Ontario. The wind proof material is perfectly placed for warmth and the mesh material is great for not overheating while performing active work. The materials are super tough, I crawled around inside fiberglass blades like a worm with this jacket for 4 months and it only has one small hole on the back near the butt. Worth its salt, and also looks great. 6’3” and Slim. Large fit me perfectly
Good for running in the cold
I bought this jacket for running in temperatures at or below freezing, and it works well for that purpose. It’s surprisingly lightweight. It has a loose, roomy fit, so movement isn’t restricted. It has held up after washing a couple of times, and zippers are still working fine.
A casual jacket, not great for running.
Nice looking and comfortable jacket, but I wouldn’t call it a running jacket. The quilting on the upper arms, chest, and upper back doesn’t make sense for running, as I’d normally want maximum breathability in those areas. As designed, it gets warm quickly then retains the moisture. Instead, I’d probably wear this as a casual jacket or as a “warmth” layer for hiking.
Good jacket
Works well for running in cooler temps. One reviewer expressed concern about the placement of insulation and it hindering breathability; not sure if they noticed but there’s a zipper going all the way down the front of the jacket that can be used for breathability in those insulated areas.
Needs pit zips, otherwise great
This is a pretty solid jacket for the price. So far I've used it in 20-35 degree F weather with a dry fit or merino shirt underneath. Arms are a good length for the thumb holes and the jacket does resist a little water. My only complaint is the lack of pit zips or flaps. Zipping down the zipper helps a little, but it just makes your shoulders cold at the expense of your trunk. Pockets are pretty large, and have a smallish inside puxh that keeps your phone still without bouncing around too much.
Great material
Fit as expected, perfect lightweight windbreaker keeps me warm in temps 40 and above
Comfy and Versatile
Can be worn as light jacket or sweater. Extremely comfortable. Lightweight. Zipper pockets perfect for phone, wallet, fob, etc. Fit and quality are both very good.
