Excellent undergarment, more supportive than other Smartwool briefs I have tried, almost like another layer of skin or membrane only very comfortable, helps your personal areas breath while holding it all together. Remarkable product woven from environmentally sustainable Merino wool.
terrible for
These boxer briefs run small and the elastic band is none existent. The band/seam is non existent to prevent chaffing but is not efficient in my experience. Definitely not made for bulkier men. Seems to be more adequate for slim fit guys. The item also states slim fit. The Large was a no go for me as. 6ft 200 lb bulkier male
Sized too small, odd fit
Tried my usual size and they were insanely tight on my legs. Got the next size bigger and they were still a little too tight on legs, didn’t leave any room for other “bits”, but then had a waist and that was just relaxed enough to want to fold over on itself within seconds. I really wanted to like these and use them for backpacking, but they are simply bad.
Perfect for women
I just bought a 2nd pair of these. I find them to be very stretchy, with good coverage. I'm a women's 12 and the medium fits great. Had been looking around for a bike short style brief in wool without a fly. These are it. The intraknit fabric also means they're substantial, to keep your fleshy parts warm.
Doesn't fit
The design doesn't leave any space for your "guys." At all.

These are great. No chafing. Very breathable. Great for trail running no chafing.
No fly zone
Nice underwear for workout, no fly.
