I have been dreaming about a shoe that looks and feels and fits like these Terrex Free hiker 2 zip up waterproof boots. They are so sleek and comfortable and the design is futuristic in my opinion. I received them today and I’m in Love. I hope they last and are durable and keep their look. I have over 100 pairs of shoes so they won’t be abused or overused but I can tell they are going to be my total favourite shoes for winter. Thank you to whoever at Adidas that designed them and to the team who distributed them to me so quickly. Good value for money for the quality and build. ADIDAS FOREVER.
Their are the best boots i had in my live. They are very soft and perfekt to walk or hike in. When you walk on the ice or slipery rock then it's Impossible to fall of.
I’m a delivery driver for FedEx & I can confirm they are not water proof my feet are wet everyday after walking through casual amounts of snow. They are tearing around the toe box where they natural crease leaving a nice whole for even more water to get in. First version was 10x better. They are very comfy tho. I would not recommend these. I’ve only used them for 3-4 months of the year during winter only and they’ve had a lot of problems. (Everyday wear besides weekends)
I was a big fan of version 1 of these boots from 2023 but these boots are not good for me at all - I bought a bigger size and even then I could not zip the boot as I guess I have a high arch but the laces inside are so badly positioned and I guess they added these so they would push the foot onto the zip and then the zip would undo like version 1 started to do. I'm really gutted as I wanted these boots to work better not worse than last years version. I will be returning as I just can't use them at all with my feet. Try them with caution but for the money they need to be amazing!
Looks is very sleek and comfortable level of this shoes/boots is almost perfect! This boots is perfect for vancouver weather! Only 4 stars cause of the price, but other than that it would have been 5 stars!
Im 50 and those are the best winter boots I had ! I walk with them in the lake and never had cold and wet feet 10/10

They fit like a glove and are extremely comfortable
I really wanted to love these. The build quality is fantastic, they look amazing, solid, and capable. But as several reviewers have mentioned, these are very difficult to get on/into, and zip up. The cuff is too small and closes oddly/misaligned when your foot is in the boot, and then the zipper won't zip up all the way (and I got a full size higher than my shoe size). Once on, they feel good, and I'd feel ready to take on the winter/elements. But I don't have the patience to deal with the hassle of getting them on every time I wanted to go outside. Returned.
These shoes deliver on their promise of being very light and surprisingly warm. I've enjoyed the freedom of movement they offer compared to heavier winter boots. The comfort is also excellent, making them great for extended hikes. However, the zipper design is a bit of a letdown. It feels a little awkward to handle, and I've found that closing it requires a specific process to avoid any catching or difficulty. It's a minor frustration in an otherwise excellent hiking shoe. If you can get past the zipper, these are a fantastic option for cold-weather trails.
