great for recovery
I love this brand for recovery. However, be aware that this particular shoe runs very small (depending on how you plan to use them). I bought to use as a camp shoe on backpacking trips because they are lightweight and I love how they make my feet feel after long trail days. But sizing is very small for this purpose. If you want to wear socks, especially thicker hiking socks you may have on a backpacking trip, SIZE UP. I normally wear 7, but I had to go up to 8.5 on these.
Sizing is a problem for me. I consistently wear a 8.5 or 9 and the 9 is way way to short. Will try the next size as they may work. I suggest that if ordering go up a size. Order came very fast and efficiently.

They’re about a half size too small for my size 9 feet. The cushioning is so nice, though. I’ll definitely try a 9.5
