Great in many ways, but not durable

Fabric degradation came quicker than expected with this pair, which I've otherwise really loved. Light, comfortable, right amount of stretch and quality chamois. I've worn them in 70 degrees and been comfortable/not overheated, and on the cool end, felt just fine down to mid-40s. Any colder and if want thermal, which these are not. If they lasted longer I would give 5 stars, but alas. Surprisingly, the failure is happening in the lower back area, not the chamois or any seem failure.

Comfort

Comfortable, though I wish it had thigh pockets like the expedition style.
