Best hat ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live on Marco Island and love to kayak. Wore this hat for the first time on June 12 for 3 hours while out kayaking-comfortable, light, wide brim - excellent coverage! Even when you take off the hat to let it hang, the strap does not choke you! I also loved that it wasn't tight around my head and gave my ears extra coverage. The little loops around the hat are great/functional too, I hung my sunglasses in the loop when I wasn't wearing them. I purchased L/XL in red, which is more like poppy in color and GORGEOUS! We are buying more colors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Class V Brimmer for our beach trip in early summer. I often steal my family members beach hats because I didn't have one of my own. I saw this one and knew it was the one I needed. The fact that it was lightweight, had a built in spf and approved by the American Cancer Society were all huge selling points! I ended up liking it so much that I also bought it for my mom as a gift. She has had multiple bouts of skin cancer and rarely wears a hat. She liked it so much that she asked me to return it and get it in the smaller size for her. That alone says how much she liked and will wear it. She would normal just tell me to return it because she didn't need it.

It's made from recycled content for sustainability, UPF 40+ and endorsed by The Skin Cancer Foundation. I have worn it twice snowboarding at Timberline - NO MORE SUNBURNS - and on a couple of hikes in the Columbia River Gorge. Even though I bought black, it still wears really cool since it's lightweight and breathable. Make the right choice and save your scalp this Summer.
Cute and Functional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my boyfriend and myself one of these hats for Bay to Breakers, basically for sun protection. I really appreciate that there are sizes to these because my boyfriend's head does not really fit the "One Size Fits Most" category. I got him the Large one and it still fits him on the tight side, but he was still comfortable. I also like the prints and the colors so it came out perfectly for a His and Hers thing. My boyfriend actually got compliments on his hat during the run, so that's cool. I also liked that these hats have chin strings. It was a particularly windy day in SF and a lot of head gear from the other participants got blown off, but ours stayed put. So, overall, I liked the hats because they do their jobs, and they're pretty, too. Can't wait to test these babies when we go to Alaska for some fishing, hiking, and bears.
A Hat For All Outdoor Adventures
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this hat for being out in both sunny and inclement weather. In the sun it will keep you from getting fried while not being too hot as to be uncomfortable. In rainy weather the hat may not keep your head completely dry, but it will certainly help keep your face dry and limit the amount of rain hitting your eyes, which is a welcome benefit when hiking. This hat lives in my car and in its short time in my possession has made its way into the backpack for nearly all of my adventures since. Pro tip: if you're not keen on the string you can easily disconnect it for times when you expect no wind.

Adorable, functional hat. I've been wearing this outdoors at least 5 days a week for my water conservation job and haven't had any problems with sunburn on my face or neck (sunscreen just can't keep up with the Colorado sunshine). It even happened to match the top I wore to Denver pride perfectly and it has great spaces to put on pins if you want!

It is so well made and keeps the sun off his face...that's why I love it, but my son said it is cool, fits great (stays put) and the color is great. Worth every penny!!
