Super vintage vibe and great protection
I bought this helmet for my 4 yr old daughter. We love the style. The stickers are cute, but don't really stay on over time. They don't seem to leave any residue, so that is good. I wish they did stick better because they are highly reflective.
BEWARE: REI doesn't carry the helmet as advertised
For the blue helmet, you should receive a leather strap. At present, you will not. It will be grey vinyl. We thought it was a one-off mistake and ordered a new one, but no success. REI will not actually give you what yis advertised.
Good helmet
Helmet fits well and daughter has been happy with it. I do worry the magnetic chin strap will fail over time but it's rather convenient and simple to use for her so far.
