S Tier Running Tights
I've tried many running tights from all your typical running brands, and these are my absolute favorite! No crotch seam = no cameltoe. Side pockets can fit my phone (iPhone 11). Seamless bottom hem = easy to pull socks over. The material is not see through, and the mesh behind the knees provides some nice ventilation. Drawstring on outside means no rubbing or chafing at the waist. Most importantly, I never have to readjust or pull these up on a run! Even on a run/hike with lots of vert.
excellent
Expensive, but ticked all the boxes. Deep side pockets for phone, drawstring at the waist, lightweight, didn't need to keep tugging them up
Love these
I love these. So comfortable, the higher waist is more comfortable than the lower or midrise leggings i own. I typically like to buy leggings at substantial discount at other retailers but really glad I bought these and used promo sale code. The mesh behind the knees keeps me comfortable when otherwise hot. Hope these hold up and last for many years like I expect them to. Have only worn 5 times or so. Hopefully they won’t snag easily when sitting on rocks/wood/concrete.
My favorite running tights
Just purchased my second pair. These are definitely go to tights after a year. No wear or damage at the crotch or otherwise and doesn’t sag even with the pockets full. Very comfortable for any run! Pricey but worth the splurge for the durability and comfort.
I was a skeptic...
Wow! These are AMAZING running leggings! I boycotted leggings years ago after repeated bad experiences....I didn't want to waste my time and energy pulling up my pants all through my runs! This winter I wanted to give leggings another go, but I was ready to commit - do the research and pay the price. It totally paid off! These leggings are light, protective, breathable, structured, and I LOVE the raw hem. They don't ride down and don't bunch up in any spot. I wore them on a relatively warm evening run and didn't over heat. They feel amazing while running! I trust the Patagonia brand - I have several of their other products and they make quality items. I was skeptical at first, but I'm a believer now haha I usually wear a S but ordered an XS and they fit better than the S. For reference, I'm 5"3' 122lb regular to athletic build.
Holy Grail Running Tight
These are the best running tights. The drawstring and design keeps them up without ever having to pull up or readjust. They are extremely curvy girl friendly, with no chafing what so ever. Runs true to size.
Best leggings of my life!
I own the Endless Run shorts and leggings and couldn't be happier, especially with the leggings. I wear them in warmer and cooler temps (25° - 60°F) and they operate amazingly either way. I have done a trail race in these and they were great - I never had to think or worry about them and they felt amazing. My only complaint is that sometimes when it's cold they ride down a little when I start running, but the elastic waist tie is amazing and if I adjust the legs I normally only have to do it once at the very start of my run. I usually wear a S (I'm 5'3" 122lb with medium build legs and a square frame) but the legs on the S looked baggy on me. I ordered an XS in both the leggings and shorts. The waist on the shorts feels tighter than the leggings.
They Wouldn't Stay Up, Hence Had to Return Them
Patagonia Women's Endless Run 7/8 Tights (Dark Blue) The breathability of the fabric was fantastic for summer hikes. Yes, a bit prissier than thicker material tights, but it was worth it. Having the breathable fabric behind the knees was great, too. Absolutely adored these pants for keeping me cool during hikes that got hot. I bought dark blue, but it was more of a purple to me. That was a bit disappointing. I dislike purple. Love blue. But was willing to overlook this color blunder because of the fabric. I also thought I looked good in them. I'm not a skinny person and have plenty of wobbly parts, but despite the thin material it still hid those imperfections that many of us women fret about. The side pocket was big enough for my iPhone so another plus. Wanted to love them and keep them, but the issue that made it be a return for me after several hiking trips was that it simply wouldn't stay up. I was constantly tugging them back up and hiking them up my waist as high as I could get them to will them to stay put. But to no avail. They would just keep slinking back down. Such a bummer. I truly wish they would sit at the drawing table a bit longer with this material and design and see if there is a way to make them stay up. There's gotta be a way. I'm 5'4" and 146 lbs. Sizable buttocks. Fairly thick thighs. (They power me through long trails so sharing not as a negative, but simply as a body type description.)
Not a fan
I liked how lightweight these felt, but the blue color was extremely see through. The packing also had a manure-like smell when opened. RETURNING.
