Sea to Summit X Brew Coffee Dripper
I might need to play around with the finest of the coffee grounds, but the ones I use with paper filter makes the coffee a bit weak like a strong tea. The water just goes through the screen so quick that the grounds are not steeped long enough. Also had sludge in the bottom of the cup. I wish it would make a stronger coffee because I like its compactness.
Exactly what I was looking for.
I just prefer pour over. This allows me to do so while camping and traveling. With its slim profile it packs easily.
great for pour over
I've used this on 3-4 backpacking trips as well as many car camping trips. It's awesome for pour overs, but you do need a fairly coarse ground (don't bring espresso, trader Joe's dark roast works great). A little challenging to clean but I like that the filter pops in and out when you get the hang of it (recommend figuring this out at home before you go on the trail).
Went bad fast.
The filter came unattached immediately. Have spent 15 minutes trying to getting it back into place. Would hate to have to bother with this on the trail.
Ok
Received as a gift a few years ago. Good durable product but very difficult to prevent collapsing as you pour water into it.
