Portable power keeping me charged

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wireless brick charger is great. I really like how the power bank is eco-friendly, including packaging. Another positive is that even though this has a 5,000 mAh battery it is still lightweight and easily portable. Also, this wireless charger is powerful enough to charge my phone through my phone case which I thought was impressive. I brought the brick with me fully charged to a volunteer event where I was standing all day. I put the brick in my back jean pocket with my phone on top of it and let my phone charge while listening to music with my phone. The brick plus my phone didn't get hot and my phone was fully charged at the end of my event!

A terrific 3-in-1 charger!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The InfinityLab InstantGo 10000 wireless charger is an excellent portable charger for most or all of your devices. After using it for a few days, it has proven to be a workhorse of a charger. What you’d expect of something in this category packing 10000. My experience started off with concise, compact, eco friendly packaging (the new industry standard it would seem). Brown cardboard box, slim profile, and closed via sticker and cardboard tabs. Inside I found the InstantGo wrapped in a recycled paper type material. Also included was a 1m USB-A to USC-C black cable. I was hoping for a white cable as the InstantGo I have is white, and color matching would have been nicer. Not a big deal tho if you don’t mind a sea of black cables. I was more disappointed to find no USB power brick. Again, this seems to be an industry move to be greener and provide less waste, but I’d like a charger included at this price point. Finally, a quick start booklet is included to get you up and running. Following unboxing, I quickly removed the InstantGo to find it is well constructed in soft touch material finish. Weight wise, it is close to phablet sized phone. Width is about the same as iPhone 13 Pro Max, but length is shorter, and its twice as thick. Very appropriate sizing for a 10000 charger. There are 2 ports. A USB-C port for charging the unit itself and a USB-A port for charging an attached device. The USB-C can also be used to charge external devices. Lastly, there are 2 lights. A charge indicator light with 4 bars that can be assed via a tap of the single button, and a light on the side that indicates a wireless charge has started. After a 4 hour charge using the included cable, all indicator lights were lit and I was good to go. Using the InstantGo is dead simple. You have 3 ways to charge. You can plug into either the USB-C or USB-A port, or use the namesake feature, wireless charging. Wireless charging is obviously limited to the standard 10W qi compliant. But its a great way to avoid packing extra cables. If you have a USC-C to USB-C cable, you can charge a device to a max of 30W Power Delivery. This is an excellent way to gain a fast charge mid day. Devices like an iPhone will limit their charge to their max charge of 20W PD. This charger is safe to use without worry. The advertised claim of 0 to 50% charge is accurate when using an iPhone and a USB-C to lightning cable (you must supply that cable). I can also use the InstantGo to charge an iPad or a Nintendo Switch easily (or most any device that charges via USB). Overall I am very happy with the InstantGo Wireless 10000 by InfinityLabs. I think this is an excellent product. It is well-made, appropriately designed, and does what its meant to do. And it does it well. A great device to help you charge on the go when plugging in is not an option. Highly recommended!

Easy Charge, Light Weight, Cute

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is definitely the cutest and the best power bank I’ve ever used. The surface material is of high quality as it protects the mobile from sipping away. But it just has one regular usb and a usb type C ports. I thought it’d have more charging ports. But the charging is very fast when wired, and wireless doesn’t disappoint too.

Back-up Power has a new name, something's missing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a TON of back-up battery packs in the market as of right now. HOWEVER, not all battery packs are created equal because this battery pack includes a feature that allows you to charge a Qi-certified smartphone without the need for wires. It's great if you have a very thick case that won't work with other chargers, as Qi simply "penetrates" any military-compliant cases to charge your smartphone. The only gripe I had was that a USB-C end of the cable is connected to a USB-A end of a cable which provides the juice for this battery. This is apparently Harman's first entry in the back-up battery business, so if this product sells well, then maybe Harman might provide 100% USB-C charging in future generations. However, Harman's InfinityLAB InstantGo 10K Wireless is a must-buy for those who need back-up power, despite the USB-C to USB-A charging cable flaw.

No cords to get in the way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the instant go to be a handy little charger. I like being able to charge my phone without using a cable that gets in the way. I am able to charge my galaxy note once wirelessly and then a smaller phone with a plug about half way. It seems like the wireless takes more juice out of the battery than when I use a cord. If I use a cord I can charge my galaxy note twice from 15%.

Power bank that does the job well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The InstantGo 10000 Wireless is all just about what expected from a power bank. Charges fast, wireless charging works great, and has options to plug in wires for other devices. First Impressions - Upon opening up the box, it definitely was neat how it was made from 90 percent recycled plastic! Looks and feels like any other power bank too! It came with a long type C charger, instruction, and warranty booklets. I was expecting however a rubbery, portable feel to it, but instead it feels like smoothed out plastic. So you could expect for it to have some scratches and scuffs after some use. Portability - The Instant Go Power Bank is around the size of an iPhone 12 (See video and photos) so its a nice size, not too big. Weight is average, more on the lightweight side. It does fit perfect in my backpack for commuting. Pro - Decent size and pretty light. Con - if you're carrying it around constantly, there isn't much of a purpose for the wireless charging since it has to be on the back of the phone at all times. Buttons and Ports - There's one main button in the front which turns on the power bank for port and wireless charging. Has 1 port and type C to charge it. Also has a light on the side of the power bank to indicate wireless charging. Has 4 LED lights to indicate battery life. Pro - Simple, nice layout of buttons, lights, and ports. nothing blocking or too "crammed". Con - 1 port out is OK, but 2 would be better. Charging - And for the main part, the charging. After a few days of use, It lasts pretty long on a full charge. It took me almost 2 days to drain it out, regularly charging my iPhone 12 wirelessly and using the port for other phones. The wireless charging does seem a tad slower than a wire charge, but not enough to make a big game difference. The ease of the wireless charging is amazing! you just put the phone right down on it and a few seconds later begins to charge. That is way more hassle-free than wire in and out. So it does go awesome as a charger you put down on the counter or next to your office table and put your phone right on it. Infinitylab claims 30 minutes form 0-50% charge, and after testing this out, I came to 48% (not gonna lie, I did take it off for a few seconds here and there to check it was working :)) so very pleased about that. Pro - Wireless charging works great as expected. Super convenient to put on a table top to have for easy charging access. Port works great too. Battery on the power bank lasts a nice amount of time. Con - Wireless does charge a tiny bit slower, but isn't much of a big deal. Summary - To say in brief, the InstantGo 10000 Wireless does what it's meant to do. Charges nicely. good build and portable - if you're using the wire port. The 2 downsides I have with it would be the Wireless feature gets basically defeated if you're on the go, and the build would be nicer if it had a rubber coating around it, in my opinion for drops and movement. So to have it down next to you by the office, kitchen top, or coffee table is great. Would recommend for the buyer for these reasons!

Hit or miss on receiving a working battery pack.

Save time and money on any research or shopping on a portable battery by passing this one by. Ordered and received, the battery pack would not fully charge. Requested help from the manufacturer (Harmon). Was told to send it to them (free shipping, thankfully) and it took almost 3 weeks for a replacement to be mailed back. That was after I followed up with a request on status 2 weeks in. Received the new replacement, and they sent me the cheaper battery version without the wireless charging. Just not worth the time or effort for a portable battery. Go with a more trusted brand like an Anker. Should have gone that route the first time.

Smart, Simple and Intuitive Power Bank

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Infinitylab InstantGo 10000 Wireless power bank is a great little portable powerhouse for charging your devices. This slim power bank is twice as strong as the last option, with ultra fast charge time and plenty of capacity. It's sleek, simple and lightweight, so makes it an excellent option for anyone needing a battery backup for on-the-go. Perfect for travel, everyday carry, or emergencies, this is a rugged power bank that delivers. The InstantGo Wireless comes with a tasteful recycled box, a long usable cable and the sharp looking power bank. After an hour charging, the device proved to be at full capacity and ready for action. Simply plug in the included USB C cable and the InstantGo lights up to display the remaining battery life, as well as flashes to indicate that your device is charging. So far, I've been able to get about 3 full charges on a Sonim XP8 cellphone, 4 charges of my JBL LivePro + TWS earbud case or several full charges of my IPad. There is an absolute ton of capacity compared to other models I have tried in the past. I do not have a Qi Wireless phone to test that feature, but would assume it works just as well. The 10000 Wireless takes around 3-4 hours to recharge after fully depleting the battery, so no need for overnight charging. The unit also works great to charge two different devices at the same time, with equal power delivery to both. The outside of the battery is covered in a tough, rubberized exterior, so the power bank should stay protected from dings or dents. All in all, the Infinitylab InstantGo has proven to do a fantastic job in my daily carry setup! The durable power bank is always ready to charge my phone, earbuds or IPad, with excellent results. Highly recommended for anyone needing the latest charging technology, with minimal looks and ease of usage.

Ensure that your InfinityLab power bank is charged, then press the power button to trigger charging. If nothing happens, please try to charge your power bank with a different charger and check the charging indicator next to the power button to see if the LEDs' lights are blinking. If it still doesn’t work, contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help you: https://bit.ly/3qR1m3C

Aesthetics are nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grabbing the "Samsung version" being USB-C, I was really hopping to get super fast charging capabilities. With a cord, I would get fast charging and with the wireless charging I was going back and forth between charging and fast charging. Just a bit disappointed in it due to its slow charging. I was testing this product at an amusement park so during lunch and breaks I would charge up my Galaxy s21 Ultra for short periods but would either stay at the same percentage or go up by 1 or 2. If you aren't too concerned with how fast you charge up your device, it is a great product! Not super bulkly but is light and feels sturdy.
