Sizing Notes
Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements. Some women's pants are available in petite and tall sizes. Typically petite sizes fit women 4'11" to 5'3". Regular sizes fit women 5'4" to 5'8". Tall sizes fit women 5'9" to 5'11".
PETITE: Generally, as compared to regular sizes, petite sizes are 2.5 inches shorter in inseam, 1 inch shorter in body length, 1.25 inches shorter in sleeve length and Âľ inch shorter in total rise.
TALL: tall sizes are 3 inches longer in inseam, 2 inches longer in body length, 2.5 inches longer in sleeve length and 1.25 inches longer in total rise.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

Comfortable, well performing running tank
This tank is very comfortable to run in. It’s still winter here, but I can see this would be great on a hot day as is loose fitting and it would be “breezy”. I love the performance of it, however I don’t necessarily like that is a bit short (not cropped, but shorter than most tanks). I am short waisted and an DD and it didn’t hit me in a flattering spot. The arm holes are a little large for my liking, but again is very comfortable, I will always wear a sports bra with it anyway
Light weight summer tank top but shows sweat
This tank top is very lightweight and great for hot days. The neckline isn't deep cut so I don't have to worry about showing bras when I lean forward. I normally wear XS for REI apparel and this one was size S, a bit loose fitting for me (5'0", 106 lbs, middle age). I could do XS and would be probably just fine. There is a slit at the bottom on the backside. It looks cute but I was wearing it on a very windy day and it was flapping around. Looks like you can tie it. The length is somewhat short, so I wouldn't want to wear it when I expect to lift my arms like weight lifting or yoga since I don't want to show my middle part. I plan to wear it under lightweight long sleeves when I hike or wear it at home on hot days. It shows sweat as you can see on the photo (I sprinkled water). If you don't like showing sweat, then the gray color should be avoided. Overall though, I think it is cute and great summer active top if you don't care about showing your middle part and sweat stain.
Excellent all-around active tank
This is an excellent all-around active tank. I can wear it running, biking, or hiking. I've worn it on its own in warmer weather and as a base layer in changing temperatures. It has such a well thought-out design. It's cropped, but not too cropped. I'm taller than average and it hits about a half inch below my running pants waist band. It also has a little cut out in the back, which adds a fun feature and never felt revealing. It provides the right amount of breeziness without slowing me down or creating bulk under a top layer. This tank has quickly become a favorite and is always the first thing I throw in my bag regardless of the activity or trip!
Comfortable but short waisted
The first thing I noticed about this shirt was that is was flowy and short waisted (not my usual style). Overall it’s comfortable and good as a running top. When I used it for Yoga or group fitness exercise class -1. my belly was exposed when my hands were raised over my head and 2. It didn’t keep my mid section covered during certain upside down Yoga poses (ie. Downward Dog).
Comfortable, but too short
The fabric of the tank top is excellent, very light and flowy material. I like that it has wider arm sleeves and the split at the back. The tank top is shorter and more boxy than I anticipated and I usually prefer a longer hem on both the front and the back. The gray is a very light gray and comfortable while working out but I would prefer a slightly darker color.
Try It On Before You Buy...Runs Short!
I love the softness of this shirt, but I personally prefer mine a bit longer. This one cuts right at an area I prefer to cover a little more. I do think the small slot in the back is a cute little detail on a very simple sleeveless shirt though!

Love this tank! Bought all three colors because I love it so much… I wear it for everyday stay at home mama life. Cute but comfortable! Would love to see more colors!
Perfect tank
I'm going camping in Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons in June so I've been looking for more lightweight and durable essentials for the trip. Love all my co-op items so I bought a couple of these tanks to try, especially after a friend said these dry quickly and don't get a funky smell on her backpacking trips. And who doesn't want to look good too? As a curvy/athletic build with a short torso and wide hips, tanks and t shirts tend to look weird on me. Out of the package, this top checks all the boxes, and the slit in the back helps it hang just right instead of catching on my hips and lower stomach. This top has become a daily go to for me for all the activities! Bought green and black, will get more colors.
Best running tank I’ve found…
I was running behind a woman in a race who was wearing this shirt and it looked so comfortable that I went up to her at the end and asked her what brand it was. I was thrilled it was still available to order and I bought four! I don’t know if this is a staple for REI or not, but considering some colors have gone out of stock, I’m guessing not, which is a shame. I’d love to get it in a couple other colors. Order now while you can! I’m 5’4”, 140lbs, 35-30-39 and I ordered a small. It fits perfectly.
Soft, flowy and comfortable
Love this tank! Love the cut of it, high neck and the armpit curve is great, wasn't too high up my armpit, hate when tanks go right up the pit, ick. Love the flowiness and loose fit. Fabric is soft and wicks sweat just fine. I wore a light running vest with it and I didn't have any issues with the fabric against my skin. Great for summer weather, took it out hiking and performed well. Great for lounging as well! Came to buy more colors because of the sale but saw it was being discontinued :( Maybe a new version?
