REI online order fail

1 year ago

After the estimated delivery time passed I called REI customer service for an update. They said to wait for the manufacturer to provide shipment update. 2 days later REI send e-mail cancellation of the order. I then ordered from the manufacturer directly and received the parts within 3 days.
