Just took this on a test drive and here are my results! Weather: 80° 90% Humidity July Michigan morning - Put in Freezer overnight - Added some ice before my run - Ice lasted for about 20 minutes (hand heat too) - Water stayed very cold for about an hour - Water stayed cool for another hour Grip is comfortable, colors are awesome, drinking nozzle is good for squirting or drinking normally. There's a little tag that you feel with your fingertips if you carry it in your left hand but didn't bug me after a minute. They should have put it lower on the seam but not a dealbreaker Price is a smidge high but kept my water colder longer than my Nathan insulated bottles so it's a winner!

For someone who just started running and doesn’t like to carry things or have a backpack, this has been great for me. Easy to switch over to my other hand as well to balance during a run. Soft on the hands and great to keep the drink and hand cool (my hands sweat)
