Interesting product, but underdelivered

While I was excited and initially impressed with this groupset in some ways, there have been several issues. Biggest issue is that with these cranks, they’re so long at 175mm that when I am descending, my heel contacts the derailleur. When I’m on jumps it’s the worst, feels like my foot is going to slide off as it bangs against the derailleur as I land. Additionally, it doesn’t always shift well, recently under full load while climbing, attempting to go from the highest gear down a few, it failed completely. Horrible grinding, banging, no gear change. So, I got off and pedaled it a bit so it finally shifted. Considering this is the highest level transmission, and costs as much as it does, I didn’t expect it to fail on this trail I’ve ridden many times. Have had this happen more than 3 times. Might end up returning this if issues continue after I keep trying micro adjustments on the app.
