Hot Garbage!
I used them with a size 12 Lowa Renegade boot, and the bindings had to be set to the second smallest setting to keep them from expanding too far while in use. The metal edges seemed sharp, but didn't come into play because the skis were too wide and the bindings too flexible to get them on edge in any circumstance. Unlike the Hok and OAC skis that have a skin patch the entire width of the ski these have a thin strip of skin recessed into the vertical center of the ski which leads to the flat part of the ski beside the skin compressing the snow around it and reducing traction. They performed poorly on mild down hill, and mild uphill, and were dangerous to use with even a slight side hill. There were difficult to kick and glide even on flat ground because of the width and inclination to slide sideways. I would only recommend these if you can guarantee that you'll only use them in 2 to 4 inches of fresh snow with no more than a 5% grade. These skis are poorly designed compared to their competitors and aren't worth trying.
