The pants keep it all dry but light enough to keep it flexible. I originally sized up for layers underneath but no need. Returned and properly sized for a perfect fit with a base layer (if needed) for the snow and cold.
These looked and felt great but..... too long. Had to return. If you fit a 33" inseam no problem.
Nice lightweight fabric, enough pockets (one zippered) slim fit and doesn't wrinkle easily
