Velcro and omniheat not included at the sides

The omniheat feature doesn’t cover the entire body portion. The omniheat reflective lining is not added to each of the sides therefore I feel the warmth of the coat is not as good as it could be. No where does it state that there is Velcro up the front. I like wearing scarves but the Velcro is scratchy and sticks to everything. For those two reasons my rating is less than it could be. I won’t purchase another one even though I still have two Columbia omniheat jackets purchased years ago.

I❤️ this jacket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 1st Columbia. I always wanted one and I treated myself this Christmas. I love that it’s light weight but has Omni-Heat & Omni-Tech and it’s waterproof. I like the thumb loops and the Velcro for the wrist area so air can’t get inside. Thanks Columbia.

Mostly great…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the jacket but not the “Comfort cuff with thumb hole.” I haven’t even had the jacket 2 months and the stitching is coming out.

Warm and dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight but warm. The Sleeves are a little big. There is velcro to make them tighter, but then the rest of the sleeve looks puffy. It's a little awkward but the coat is nice enough I am willing to ignore it. I like that this coat is waterproof so good for cold and rainy days. and the hood has elastic to help keep it on your head, unlike some other columbia jackets. I wish it was a little bit longer, but that is personal preference.

Warm and Roomy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a jacket that was warm, roomy, rainproof, had a hood, and was not too long as I am only 5' 2". This jacket fit all the criteria. The different fabrics add a unique quality and I even use the hand mitts, much to my surprise. My only complaint is the velcro at the neckline. When the jacket is zipped, but not velcroed, the velcro rubs against my skin. I usually wear a scarf, so it's not too much of a problem.

Small hood, odd jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hood is cumbersome and small, I have a small head and barely can get the hood all the way on to cover me. I do like the wrist sleeves and it’s a warmish jacket, water resistant. But super weird feeling/fit, not practical. Takes quite a bit of time getting in and out of. Runs big…except for the tiny hood weird hood. Would not recommend.

Colors are awesome

Bought the Camellia Rose/white/black color and the Dusty pink/bright Aqua/night wave jackets and I love them! The jackets aren’t heavy which is nice when layering in Alaska. I do wish there was a chest pocket like some of the other Columbia jackets I own but it’s not a dealbreaker. I’m so happy with my purchase!

It’s Perfect

This is literally the perfect jacket for all season besides summer of course. It’s light weight but warm. It doesn’t fit snug like other jackets. The material is perfect. I Normally Choose North face coats but I wanted to give this brand a try and I’m glad I did. I would recommend this to anyone.

Definitely NOT a Winter jacket

Very pretty, stylish rain jacket. "Insulated" is an overstatement. Size up to make sure you can wear layers underneath. You'll need them, as "walking in Utah" stated. I'm in NJ and just out for a 20 minute walk in 35F and was still cold. Hood is like parchment paper. Received it as a gift.

Cute comfy and warm!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is super cute and comfy! Only complaint is the hook and loop closures sometimes scratch my face as I take the jacket on and off. It warms you up without making you hot. Great for layering also. Runs a little large up top, but that might be because I have very wide hips.
