Very nice boots
Feels like a high quality boot. I wear them everyday right now. If they continue to hold up, I will get another pair.
Bad customer service
Negative review is for REI customer service. 30 minutes after placing the online order I realized I ordered the wrong size. I immediately called to cancel the order cause my size was not available and they told me the order couldn't be canceled: I'd have to wait to receive the order then file for a return and ship the order back. 7 days after my order still hasn't been shipped. This is so ridiculous.
