Great mid-season jacket!
Got this jacket as a mid-season jacket and its been perfect for when the temps are between 40-60*F. Its pretty wind resistant and has kept me warm - plus Ive gotten lots of compliments on it! I love the length - as someone who is 5'1 and a little curvier its a great fit and falls right at my hips without being super tight, rather than midway down my thighs. Plenty of shoulder room too. My only critique is that there are no zippered pockets so my phone occasionally falls out when Im sitting down. I would say it runs true to size, if anything a tiny bit big.

Not warm!
The jacket is super cute, I love the look of it. But if you are looking for something that will keep you warm in temps below 50 degrees, move on, this is not the one. At 39 degrees I tried using it with 3 layers underneath and still felt the cold. Don't even think about wearing it with a T-shirt or even single long sleave layer. The interior fabric is the same as the exterior and it will make you COLDER than without the a jacket at all. It takes the exterior cold air and pushes it right into your skin. I wore it at 50-60 degrees and it is fine, but that is not what I was looking for. For reference, I am an ultra-runner and have frequently ran for hours in temps below zero, so this is not simply that I am cold-natured. (I have not used this jacket for running, it would not be suitable as it is not breathable.)

Perfect coat for southern cold and wind. Great Hoo

After moving to Florida, I find that I wear this coat a lot more than my down coats. It’s still cold here in the north part of Florida. But this coat is air and light enough yet warm enough and windproof enough and the hood is big enough for my ponytail and sunglasses that I find that this is my go to coat. I think it looks stylish. It’s not exactly hip hugging or waist hugging. But it’s a coat. I’m usually wearing a sweater underneath it. I think it runs huge honestly. I’m a large in north face, sometimes a medium in their vests and a small in this coat. I’m between 5’7 and 5’8. Usually about 150 pounds. I do have muscular shoulders, and am quite large in the shoulders.

Comfortable & functional

Kept me comfortable for a wilderness trip in Alaska at the beginning of July. Sizing is a bit odd, the hood is very long front to back - cinching only functional while wearing a baseball cap otherwise it covers my eyes. Lots of extra room in the sleeves for layers. Length was just right though, so sizing down may not have been a solution to the extra room in weird places. Love that it has a chest pocket, though it’s not quite the right size for a phone.

Great for Fall/Spring

This is a great quilted bomber jacket, I really like the look of it and how light it is. I have several fleeces that I wear for the Fall/Spring season, however, I wanted something that is more wind resistant, and this jacket fills that need. It is true to size, and fits well, the only issue I have is the length of the sleeves, they are about an inch too long for me. But other than that everything is perfect. I wore the jacket with only 2 layers of thin tshirts underneath this morning, and went for a 45min stroll with my dog, it kept me warm in 40F Michigan weather. I would highly recommend this jacket to anyone looking for a light, warm, and wind resistant jacket for Fall/Spring.

Perfect size and weight!

Love this jacket! Fits perfectly, it's not as fitted like some other women's jackets so I can wear sweatshirts or other layers and not feel like I'm in a straightjacket. I bought a size small, hits me exactly where it needs to and the sleeve length is perfect. The weight of the jacket is light but still very warm. I can wear a tank top under it going to the gym and just the jacket, the warmth of the jacket is perfect. The only thing I wish was different was that the pockets had a zipper closures but I'm still a huge fan of the jacket!

I love me some Patagucci!

I bought this in September for a mid-season jacket. I've worn it a bunch and am really liking it!! It's been pretty darn wind resistant. It's only been exposed to light rain and snow but has kept me warm and comfortable. I'd give it a 5 star but I wish it had either an interior zippered pocket or exterior side zippered pocket(s). Overall super little jacket!! I'll have this for 20+ yrs, just like my other Patagucci items unless I loose it first :) Thanks Patagonia, I really love your products!!

couldn’t be better!

I finally found a perfect jacket for days when it is chilly bit. But this perfect jacket is perfect for my morning and evening walks with my active dog. Roomy, covers the hip area as needed. I can still take treats from the belt area treat bag. Wide for a sweater and hood is perfect for today’s drizzle. Dried out super fast. Zippers are very easy to use. And its potential to pack flat and little room is great for hiking. When you go out in warm weather but always carry something to cover up in case of sudden weather change. Color is beautiful. Can’t describe how functional it is for me. I am 177cm. 72kg bought L.

Perfect Fall Addition! ❤️

I got this jacket in black. Love the style and weight. It’s shorter in the waist which is the perfect length for myself (5’4”) and for what is on trend right now. Very flattering and have received compliments already. Not a thick layer, but it is quilted so is still warm while providing wind and water resistance.

Beautiful Color, Disappointing Fabric

I purchased this jacket in the dark teal, which is one of my favorite colors — it’s absolutely beautiful in person, and the fit (once I got the right size) is flattering. For reference, I typically wear a Large in Patagonia, but in this style it felt oversized and balloon-like, so I sized down to a Medium, which fits perfectly. I’d definitely recommend sizing down. Unfortunately, the fabric has been a major letdown. I own several Patagonia jackets and love how they’re designed to be worn everywhere and hold up to real life. This one, however, is extremely sensitive — it picks up stains shockingly easily. Within two days of wearing it, it had noticeable marks just from picking up my child, and whatever tiny bit of grease or oil was on her hands left a visible stain. I tried dish soap and threw it in the wash, but the marks didn’t fully come out. It happened again the next time I wore it — even rain marks show up on the fabric. If I had gone with black, this might not be such a big issue, but with the dark teal, every little mark stands out. It’s really disappointing because it’s such a nice-looking jacket, and I wanted it to be my go-to. But for the price, I expected much better durability. Sadly, it feels like I wasted $200 on something that just isn't practical for everyday wear. Pros: Gorgeous color (dark teal) Flattering fit (once sized down) Lightweight and stylish Cons: Fabric stains extremely easily Very hard to clean Not as durable as expected from Patagonia I wish I could give this 5 stars — honestly, I can barely justify 3.
