Comfortable warm jacket

I love the Polartech stretch fabric. It is very comfortable and the jacket is warm and light. The size medium fits me well (six feet, 165lb middle aged guy). This jacket is slightly less fitted and a bit shorter in the torso than the similar Crosstrek coat from Patagonia. I have no complaints, but one comment. the pockets are just small enough to barely fit an iPhone, so if you aren’t careful it will fall out. I would prefer that the pockets be stretchy too.

Form Fitting and Fashionable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this jacket in Cairo color, because I absolutely love the color. I'm 5'6 busty and broad shouldered, so I always buy the men's jackets for a more comfortable fit. This jacket is gorgeous, warm and has very nice deep pockets. It's perfect for the in between Fall weather, when it's brisk out but not too cold.

Very durable product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've definitely put this jacket through the paces and haven't had any issues with it except a few thread strands around the zipper that were easily cut off and haven't seemed to get worse yet. The hand/thumb holds are nice when switching with outer shells.

Love this!

This is my favorite jacket of all! Great fit (5’11” 165lbs purchased medium) and the material is superior. The only improvement to the soft pockets would be to add depth. Buy this! It is truly a must for your wardrobe.

Works as both mid and outer layer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have two and I like these better than the puffy fleece that can snag. The outer surface blocks some wind and does not collect hairs and dust. The sleeves are long and material stretchy.

Durable

2nd time buying this jacket. I’ve had the first one for 6 years for daily wear, but has a small hole after scraping across a branch during a hike. Durability is awesome!!!

The warmest coat with the best material!

This is my favorite coat for cold days hiking in Montana snow conditions or alpine mountain climbs!
