My favorite when it gets HOT
Great cap with lots of ventilation, perfect for hot activities. The one I have (not REI purchase due to them not carrying line at the time) has wide mesh on sides and small on front panel for great airflow. High quality materials and comfortable, no super rigid areas (brim is a hard foam like material) make it a fav of mine.
The best
I bought my original GOCap in 2017-2018, now I have collected 9 Ciele caps. These are simply the best I have tried (Nike, OR, Under Armour, Mizuno, The North Face, many more) I love that these are reflective to help with visibility in low light, they fit my large head nicely, and the best of all these are machine washable. Many other hats claim to be washable, but by hand only. As I said my original hat is still going. I strongly recommend Ciele hats!!!
Maybe not suitable for Trail-running
There are gaps on both sides of the brim even tied as tightly as possible.When I was running off-road,it sometimes fell off my head.But overall,the cap looks good.
Great design, but issues with durability
I like the design, the hat is a great color, and it's pretty lightweight. But I've owned it for just over a year, I'd be surprised if I wore it more than ~20 times, and the plastic clip that holds the tightening loop in the back has already broken. Maybe I just got unlucky, but given the fairly high price, it's hard to recommend this.
Material Durability?
Pilling on the top after less than a month of wear. Probably will return despite it being a great looking/performing hat
lettering falls off
Followed care instructions. Lettering is falling off two of my three Ciele hats. Quite expensive to be of such poor quality.
