The PERFECT bikini top
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s as if someone custom made this bikini top for me! It checks all the boxes: comfortable adjustable straps that don’t dig, smooth flat back without ties or straps irritating my spine, perfect amount of coverage without being overly modest, and amazing fabric. It stays put and feels like my favorite yoga bralette but for the beach! I’m a 34D and I have two of these bikini tops in size medium.
Size chart differs on REI and Carve Designs' sites
I ordered XS according to REI's size chart and it is slightly too tight for my 33.5almostA (bra size 34A) chest. I then ordered the S and it fits great--comfortable and didn't budge during a 35 min. lap swim. The little center space allows water to slide out during flip turns. Since I just got it, can't speak to durability/wear and hopefully, it won't stretch out too much. Very attractive and the larger size fits well! Nice to have adjustable straps and low-ish neckline. Surprisingly the thin straps are comfortable/don't dig in. Love the azul color too!
Supportive and still attractive
Cute suit! It’s hard to find a top that covers and supports the girls, while still being somewhat sexy. It’s a much better quality than the suits you’d get somewhere like Target or Kohl’s. Straps are pretty skinny and so I wouldn’t recommend it for someone looking for an “active” suite (i.e. it doesn’t seem practical for Lap swimming, but you’d probably be ok if you were SUP’ing)
Nice style, but not right for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the small D. Unfortunately I think the straps were just too thin to be supportive enough for a D cup, so I returned.
Zero support
I had to return this, I should have known better but there was zero support. It would be helpful if swim tops came with size recommendations based on bra size, and support level like they do for sport bras, so you can get an idea of how much or how little support it offers.
Summer bikini
I recently purchased this swimsuit, and I am beyond thrilled with my choice! The fit is absolutely perfect, staying true to size with no surprises. I ordered my usual size, and it fits like a dream—just right in all the right places without feeling loose or baggy. The material is incredibly soft and comfortable, making it ideal for long days at the beach or pool. I have another Carve top in small (maybe Dahlia?) and it fits me so well (5'4", 130lbs, somewhere between a A and B cup). This top is flattering, looks trendy, and is really comfortable. I got the black and I wear it with a Carve bottom in Fern or other colorful or black bottoms. I love that the straps a traditional spaghetti/bra strap style to minimize tan lines. Highly recommended for flat chested ladies!
Great top for smaller chest! In Love
The first time ever, I’m excited to wear a bathing suit. Being small cheated, it has always been hard to find a top that looks cute, fits well and worth the money. Tried this on and fell in love! It’s not only cute but it’s so comfortable on. Excited to wear this and play in the pool with kids. Definitely will be buying different colors, just need them to restock the patterns I want ;)
Super cute and fits perfectly
Sooo cute, especially the details in the center. Got an XS based on the sizing chart. This fits me perfectly! I like the adjustable straps and it fits like a sports bra so am not worried about this slipping. I immediately bought more after I got my order. I'm 5'5", 126 lbs, 32A/26/35.5, with wide shoulders and lats, and this doesn't cause that lovely squished look.
