Designed to fit on most vehicles with roof racks. The general rule of thumb is to make sure that your rack has a Dynamic Weight Capacity of at least the weight of the tent. This is the weight that the rack can physically carry while the vehicle is in motion. However, you should check your manufacturer's roof rack system to ensure it will support the weight of the tent.

Great roof top tent

I love my Ikamper. The mini fits well on my Subaru Crosstrek. It is the perfect size. My husband that’s 6’3” can comfortably fit along with me and our golden retriever. The best it comes with is terrible but once switched out it’s amazing in there. Set up and take down is very easy. Taking it down takes some practice but it’s doable on your own.

To start with, I don't think I can say enough amazing things about the employees at the REI in Manhattan Beach, CA. They helped me unbox and lift the Sky Mini on to my truck rack and offered to recycle the packaging right there on the spot! As for the tent itself, it is very well constructed, the fabric and material are super high quality and the sleeping area is spacious enough for two with no problem. Very excited to no longer sleep on the ground. Thank you REI employees for your help, and thank you iKamper for selling thru a fellow PNW company!

For the tag price the quality of the mattress is pretty low. We have to use our inflatable mattress which takes away the practicality, specially when you’re in a full campground and it’s 5 am, dark and you’re trying to be quiet. It’s frustrating when they sell a better mattress on their website instead of making the one that comes with the tent better.

The iKamper Mini Rooftop Tent is an outstanding piece of equipment for anyone who loves to go on outdoor adventures. From its quality materials to its excellent build quality, this tent is an excellent investment for anyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable and convenient camping experience. I really like that it fit on my short bed tundra without hanging off the back.

Took a trip across the southwest US with a different destination every day. This was so easy! Everyone else took a lot of time setting up and taking down, whereas the iKamper only took a minute and I was able to leave the bedding inside. Another bonus was that being higher up caught a little more wind in the more humid areas.

perfect RTT for two!

I love my iKamper 3.0 Mini! I spent 2 weeks in Baja California and it was amazing thanks for my RTT. I slept. better in my RTT than at hotels. It's so cozy and comfortable.
