Had it for 4 months. Quilting inside on the roof started to sag from glue not working. The canvas got a tear in it from the ladders screw when in the closed position. The sun will discolor the top exterior. I went to the iKamper Campout and even with their VPs and customer service reps there, they wouldn’t replace the tent. Said S. Korea knows about ALL these issues and refuses to fix them. Apparently many ppl at the event had the same issues. I was told to friggin STAPLE my canvas. Are you kidding me!? Not to mention not a single person (100s)!! Liked the mattress. It’s god awful. Save your money. Horrible, overpriced company and products.
I've had multiple different types of RRT's and this by far beats them all. Quality is top notch, very well built. The material and design makes this tent decently quiet it wind, and offers a good amount of protection in rain. I also got the Skycamp comfort bundle. I'm a 6'2, 215 lbs side sleeper, So the extra mattress thickness was worth it. Tent fits me perfectly. The other awesome feature is the windows and draw strings! One thing I wish this tent had was shoe storage outside the door.
My wife and I got this thing to start getting out more. We've taken it out for a couple trips to the everglades and thus far its been an awesome tent. I would recommend getting either the ikamper air mattresses or something similar as the stock matress is 2.5" thick and not terrible, but not great. It's been waterproof, warm, and easy to set up.
What a great purchase! Pricey but worth it. Easy to set up & break down and pretty spacious inside. Sleeps two adults & two kids nicely. No complaints about the mattress but an extra exped mat underneath would be the cherry on top.
