Inconsistent quality control, wouldn't repeat buy

Inconsistent quality control I ordered one of these and it was great, but I cut the rope too short so I ordered another. The new one's bearings were stiff and even the rope was lighter weight, resulting in a much slower speed and more difficult to control. Huge bummer.
