Comfortable, but not waterproof
My kiddo enjoys these shoes - they are comfortable and he says they give him "good grip" during walks in the woods. He also says they are more comfortable than his "regular shoes" (a pair of tennis shoes from Target. ) I like that mud comes off of them fairly easily - they still look good after a rainy day in the woods. Unfortunately, these shoes are NOT waterproof! They keep his feet mostly dry in light rain or muddy conditions, but if your kid likes to jump in puddles, water will quickly seep in around the tongue and your kid will have soaked feet. Essentially, great shoes, but if you'll be someplace truly wet, these are a poor option!
Runs big
It’s a beautiful shoe, highly recommend however these shoes run big. I wear a 6 1/2-7 and I purchased these shoes for my daughter. They are huge on her and actually fit me fine. Weird. Sadly they don’t carry pink is a smaller size
Worst purchase ever
Bought these for my son for the wet weather. He wore them once and there and they are already not waterproof with glue detaching from the two parts of the fabric and forming holes. Very disappointed
My son love these trail sneakers. He Runs in them.
My son live these sneakers. No laces, light weight but still sturdy to keep up with an 8 year old. These are quick and easy to put them on, and take them off. Price point was excellent.
Too chunky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these for my son for PE but he didnt like them as he said they're too chunky. I'm keeping them though for him to wear them outside school, if he does finally wear them.
Shoes start coming apart in two days of wearing.
Got these for my grandson 5 …shoes start coming apart within 2 days of grandson wearing them . I had to super glue back together….very very poor Quality be aware !
Worst purchase ever
5 year old son wore them once before the glue started to dissolve. Waterproof not after one use. Holes between to parts of material
NOT waterproof !!!
Ordered these thinking they were waterproof according to the description, however they are NOT waterproof. Ran a trickle of water and it immediately went through the mesh on top. Adidas site does not say that they are waterproof anywhere in the description. REI has incorrect description!
This shoe survived my 6 yo child.
Great shoes. My child is loving it. He wore them every day for the lasts two months and still looking in great shape.
Bad quality
My son had these 3 months until they started to split at the seems. Really terrible quality. Very disappointing
