Highly visible
The Hi-Vis torch e-bike jacket is a heavier rain jacket. It has excellent venting for control of internal moisture. Wore it on a clear cold (40 degree) day and was able to control the build up of perspiration very well. The beacon lights seem to provide additional attraction but if headlights are on, they won't be seen for the reflective material on the fabric. Solid construction and smooth zipper operation.
