Finally!
Yes , I recommend this product
I finally found the boot I was looking for! I have been wearing the Lowa Renegade for 15+ years but was looking for something with more support when hiking, hunting, and backpacking on rugged terrain. A few years back, I bought a pair of Kennetricks. I've tried to love them but have the worst heel blisters (heel slippage). Unfortunately, I purchased them from Sportsman's Warehouse who has a "no wear" return policy (otherwise they would have been returned after my first time trying them). I tape my heels before each use and have been using them while on the search for my forever find. I next tried the Zamberlands (this time from REI). Sadly, the same thing! Terribly heel blisters in less than 3 miles. Finally, I found the Women's Lowa Mauria and couldn't be more pleased. Just like my Renegades, no blisters from day 1! I love the adjustable top and bottom lacing. I have a narrow foot but with a sensitive pressure point on the top of my arch so I usually have to do window lacing and then add a surgeon's knot as my final tie.... but not with these! The tie system allows for a secure lace while being able to alleviate pressure where need be. Couldn't recommend more! Very grateful for REI's return policy that allowed me to find the boots for me!
