Color is off

Comfortable fleece, but heads up the blue one reeeeeaaaally purple, to the point where calling it blue is a bit of a misrepresentation. The photos online don’t do it justice. In fact, I don’t know how they managed to get the jacket to look that way without photoshop.

Awkward fit

Very nice looking jacket, but awkward fit. I’m 5’7”, 150lbs. I bought a small in this jacket. Length and chest measurements are great, but the arms are long and extremely tight. Very difficult to wear a layer underneath. Would like to get a medium, but really don’t want the sleeves any longer.

Long/tight arms

Long tight arms. Would size up, but already way too long. Would be very difficult to layer under. I’m 5’7”, 150lbs. Ordered a small.

Warmer than expected.

The face material feels robust, the interior is very comfortable, all the pockets and features make it very useful. Keep in mind that it is not lightweight and if used for very active activities, it would not be suitable for summer, probably more for quite much colder temperature. Otherwise very comfortable, I will be in the quest of finding something similar with lot less bulk, weight and warmth for summer activities. I recommend it.

Favorite layer

This is my favorite layer, I bring it with me on every time I go camping/backpacking. It’s lightweight and breathable enough to wear while hiking, but still provides good enough warmth for wearing around camp when it gets cold out. I practically lived in this for 3 day climbs on Mt Rainier and Mt Baker. Would highly recommend especially now that we’re getting into the colder season.

Near perfect other than the zipper

This is an almost perfect fleece jacket. There is only one issue with it and that is the zipper wasn't very smooth. It's only like 50% of the time working well and the other 50% doesn't. When it doesn't work well it's very difficult to zip it up and I must try many times to get it done.

Looks good

Fit is on point. Looks great. Only reason for the 4 star is it’s not much for keeping you warm. The cold air comes right through it. Makes for a decent base layer. On its own it’s chilly in cool weather. Ok for 50 degree and up. I’m 5’11 170 and lean and it fits good.

Arms too long

I really want to love this piece. its super comfy, the hood fits great. Packs well for summit bids. My issue is with the length of the arms. The sleeves are comically long, way longer than required for the thumb holes.

Almost perfect

Very comfortable and good overall fit. With one minor improvement would be 5 stars. The arms are too long and a little too slim but not enough to complain about.

High End Technical Fleece

If you had to choose just one fleece to own for mountain movement, this would probably be it. Comfortable. Stretchy. Stand alone or part of a layering system.
