Broke on 2nd Use

I was super excited about this hammock. Used it for the 2nd time today. (Have only had it for a week) Supposed to support “up to 500 pounds “, I am around 200. It broke and I fell onto the ground on my spine . I am a disabled Veteran with previous spine surgeries, not good.

Gon' Get it!

Are you in the market for a semi-light, super packable, sturdy hammock to hold up to the rigors of outdoor adventuring? Then look no further! The Kammok Roo comes in a very robust fabric construction, while not being the lightest in comparison to other superlight hammocks, this little Roo will hold far more weight than any of it's competitors in the single-use category, and take an absolute beating in abrasion resistance. Head over to YouTube, and watch one of Kammock's Rep's stab this hammock multiple times with a knife, then hop right in for a relaxing swing. The slight uptick in weight, is FAR worth the long-term durability in my opinion.

Baby Likey!

A little heavy when compared to the other ultralight hammocks on the market, but totally worth it for the durability. Super packable, I'd compare this Roo Single to the size of a standard 12.o.z. can of soda pop, a very practical fit into any of our day-packs. I've had lighter, smaller hammocks rip on me from petty rub-ins with smooth surfaces, and I have no concerns of that happening with the Roo Single. If you haven't watched the Kammock Rep stab this hammock multiple times with a knife, then hop in for a hang, head on over to YouTube and give it a look! This has been an absolute essential piece of gear for our recent "baby-steps" of getting back into hiking with our 1st born.

Perfect Gift

This a gift for my husband and he loves it. It’s in a shady spot in our yard and has become his happy place. Took less than 5 minutes to set up. Easy to bring inside for safekeeping or in inclement weather.

Research paid off!

I did a lot of online research, trying out friends, looking at them in the stores, comparing what accessories are available/compatible, and most importantly, trying to find a smaller hammock that wouldn't entangle me inside. I ended up going for Kammok's Wallaby after 9 months of deliberating and could not be happier (ok, except maybe if there were more color options)! I LOVE my Wallaby. Perfect width for one person and not too short (I'm 5' 10" and still have plenty of room to spare). Straps and hammock both pack into their pouches easily. I've only had it a couple months, but for the quality and cost, I'd say this is the perfect hammock.

Tiny house friendly

Great size hammock for inside the house. I have a tiny house and this is perfect to lay in because my sofa is not long enough for me.

Strong, comfortable

My planned camping getaway was cancelled as inclement weather forced me indoors. Fortunately, I could still test my new hammock - a bannister and a hook in the ceiling conveniently located allowed me to hang a Roo. It was up and ready in no time. Despite the pleasantly soft and silky feel of the fabric, the Roo feels sturdy. The Goldilocks size of the hammock (I'm 5'2") made it possible for me to easily change sleeping positions. The Pongo pad just fits inside the Roo, but only lengthwise, as far as I could tell, so in a pinch I would have to choose between a diagonal lie and the extra warmth of the sleeping pad.

Love Kammocks!

I started out hammocking with another brand of hammock, but ended up loving this single one so much I went back and bought the double. The #1 thing I like about this hammock is that it doesn't seem to stretch too much after hanging for awhile. A couple of other hammocks I tried would stretch a lot over the period of your hang, this one does not stretch too much. The other thing I love is the fabric. It really is silky smooth. I'm going to be using the single in my office and I use the double for the yard and camping. So far, the two I have are my most favorite hammocks!

I was in the Wallaby, and I didn't get blown out to sea!

I am new to this whole camping thing, was always fairly convinced I would hate it. But took the plunge, ended up loving it, now can't wait to get out again (after I finish my dissertation). But I did take my new Wallaby out camping in Hawaii. The winds were howling so fiercely, I was fairly certain I was going to get blown out to sea, but Wallaby held fast, and I was able to snatch some shut eye. My friends in tents had sand issues, but I stayed aloft because I really wanted to see if I could do it, plus I wanted to see the stars. So, thanks, Kammok!
