Great everyday shoes
These are great casual shoes that have a bit more style than your typical Xero shoe. The material is very nice, but a downside is that I bought the white color and the suede material is hard to clean. These do not have the most ground feel with a 8.5mm sole, but they are pretty good for zero drop shoes. As for size, I bought a size 8, which fits well. I typically wear size 8 - 8.5 in Xero shoes. I did not have to size up for this one like I've had to do for some other Xero models.
Best shoes ever!
I got these shoes to be my everyday shoes. I'm on my feet a lot at work and they are perfect! They are super comfy, lots of room in the toe box, and they have good grip on the bottom. I thought they would be too bulky, but they aren't. I even dress them up a little bit and wear them with cute summer dresses and skirts.
Nice fit
I love that these are lightweight and casual. They are a perfect fit for me - roomy toebox, standard width heel. This combination can be hard to find! They are a bit bulky to really feel like a barefoot shoe, so I wish they came with a better insert. You'll have to replace the insert if you want arch support. (The insert does come out easily.) Otherwise 5 stars.
New fav shoe!
Take your time breaking your feet into Xeros and then enjoy! These shoes strengthen your foot muscles and naturally protect your posture - no leg, hip, or back pain after wearing these shoes sun up to sun down at school all week. I would love for REI to carry the pink ones, too!
Too wide, does not feel like a barefoot shoe to me
These shoes are very well made and the price is excellent for the quality of the shoe. I like the look of the shoe from the side, it is very attractive. The reason I only gave it a 3 star is because this shoe is supposed to be a minimalist, barefoot kind of shoe but they don't feel that way to me. The toe box is so large I feel like I am wearing an oversized leather slipper. I have very wide feet so I if anyone has an narrow foot don't see how this shoe would work. The whole shoe feels oversized on the width. When I look down on them the look like they could be men's shoes or maybe unisex. I have really tried to like them and have worn them several times but every time I do the fit gets me down. They are so wide I don't think they are attractive looking down on them. I think they will end up in the back of the closet and rarely worn.
Decent for a barefoot sneaker
True to size. I wear lems and was hoping for a bit more stylish sneaker. Love the look of these. They aren’t as well supported as Lems. My heel hurts after wearing too many miles but good for around town use.
Nice shoe but runs very small
I like the wide toe box and zero drop, plus the modern look of these shoes, however they run incredibly small. I normally wear a 7.5 comfortably and my toes were curled trying to put these on. I opted to return and not exchange because I didn’t want to have multiple rounds of shipping and returning to get the correct size
Good fit
It took a long while for me to find the perfect fit walking sneaker. These are lightweight and a perfect fit for me - roomy toebox, standard width heel. They are a bit bulky to really feel like a barefoot shoe, so I wish they came with arched support. The darker stripes started unraveling in a few days. I think that they were probably cheaply glued in. But what they need is to sew them in place, IMO. Because they fit my foot with bunions and high arch (I still bought new sofsole inserts) I decided to return the ones I bought and get a new pair. If the strings unravel again, I’ll have to take them to the shoe shop to have them sewn or glue. It’s just too hard to find a shoe that fits me. They are a bit bulky to really feel like a barefoot shoe, so I wish they came with a better insert. You'll have to replace the insert if you want arch support. (The insert does come out easily.) FINALLY a shoe that fits!
OMG! Finally a shoe that fits! I have flat feet and Morton's Neuromas and struggle for good court shoes. NO pain on the balls of my feet from the zero lift, and the wide toe box is exactly what my poor feet have been asking for. Thanks!
Cute shoes
These are comfortable but flat and def a barefoot style shoe with no support. I have wide feet and these are a good fit. They are definitely a wide shoe. I wish the tongue was longer. I just wear these around town as a casual shoe but probably would not walk many miles in them.
