My everyday work wear!!
I work as a produce manager in a grocery store and have to dress for winter all year long. I love love love these jackets. I had two that I had for years in size small. I finally retired them ( still in good shape just zipper is broken on one and the are about 10 years old) and ordered two new ones. Went up a size because I feel they run small, even though I am a small, I bend over alot and don't want the jacket riding up my back. Love the zippered pockets for my wallet and whatever else. The hood will be great when it is actually winter and I'm in My produce cooler. I definitely recommend and definitely will order again when I need to!!

sizing for M is smaller than expected but still a warm jacket
first time buying from columbia so i didn't know how the sizing would be. this jacket is slightly too tight for my liking since i prefer baggier fits. i wore it with only a cotton long sleeve shirt under and it felt tight. i happened to buy the longer version of this hoodie in a women's L and it still doesn't fit how i like. i prefer how the men's sizing is since i happened to buy a fleece jacket in men's M. i'm a small person so i'm a bit disappointed but american sizing is weird across brands. still keeping this jacket since it is good quality and good for layering. i'd recommend going up a size if you intend to layer long sleeve shirts with this jacket.
Cozy zip hoodie
This fleece hoodie is just what I was looking for. It has a hood that fits well and allows me to see sideways without blocking my view. The pockets zip upwards so nothing falls out. The sleeves and length are long enough that it keeps me warm without letting air sneak in. It's soft and cozy, a great fit, comfortable to wear, and fits under a windbreaker or rain jacket.

Comfy and cozy, drawstring not so good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Benton Springs Full Zip Fleece Hoodie that I purchased as I found, although I normally wear a Medium, that size felt a little snug. The Large is roomier and feels more comfortable. The only negative I find is that the drawstring around the bottom of the fleece jackets I've purchased from Columbia don't last. I don't even use the drawstring much but somehow it always detaches from wherever it is fastened. That's somewhat disconcerting because I can't use it if the need arises. The drawstring on the Large I purchased only 4 months ago has already come loose and I've had to cut it out. I am giving it 3 stars, nonetheless, because it is definitely comfortable and cozy and can be worn in so many situations.
Color is much different, but the style is nice
I love my fleece jackets, and like the idea of having one with a hood. I ordered the peach blossom color, but it just arrived and it is very much a baby pink color. I actually got online to see if they possibly shipped me the wrong color, since there was nothing in the packaging that shows what color it is, but it looks like this soft baby pink is what they are calling peach blossom. I will probably be returning this since pink, especially this shade, is not my color at all. It looks like cotton candy, and not at all what the color looks like online.
Did not like huge "Columbia tag" on front
The logo tag is disproportionately large and cheap looking, in my opinion. It was the first thing I noticed when I put on the hoodie and looks like it was sewn on as an afterthought. I thought about trying to take it off, but decided not to as it probably would have left a mark. For the price, I didn't want to be annoyed by an awkward "tag" every time I wore it. Returned it. Everything else was fine with the hoodie--seems like Columbia was trying to cut costs by changing their logo presentation...
Nocturnal Washed Out
The jacket itself was ok, but the color nocturnal was much more washed out, faded looking, than on the screen. It appears to be a nice deep blue on the screen, in person it was a washed out blue-gray, but not gray enough for me to like (I love gray). The lines and cut of the jacket were fine, I wasn't a huge fan of the hood, surprisingly. Might try the hoodless version in a different color.
Great fleece jacket
Really happy with this purchase. I purchased this to replace the same item that was 10+ years old and was starting to get a wonky zipper. It lasted me so long that I decided to go with the same brand/style for replacement. I was pleasantly surprised that the new one was a little more roomy (in the same size) and that they also now have elasticized wrists unlike the old style.
