Patagonia Mackerel
A small fish with the mild taste and meaty texture of big fish, this Atlantic mackerel from Patagonia is an excellent source of protein and vitamin B-12 to fuel your day.

- Fishery is managed by the Netherlands-based Good Fish Foundation to ensure sustainable harvests; fishermen belong to cofradias (brotherhoods) dating back to medieval times
- Can is 100% aluminum, BPA-free and recyclable (if clean and dry)
- Box is made of Forest Stewardship Council–certified paper and is recyclable

Felt like a king eating this in the wilderness
I pack these as an appetizer. Both flavors are lovely, especially if you're hungry. Clean up is pretty easy!! Just stuff the tin back into the little box, then seal it in a plastic bag before ya throw it into the bear cannister.
FODMAP friendly!
It's delicious, compact, shelf stable and travels well. Be careful of denting and have a plan in case the tab breaks but this was absolutely indispensable on a recent bikepacking trip and was just so satisfying. *Also thrilled to not have to deal with single use plastics.*
meh
i got the garlic roasted flavor and it was anything but that. It was a little fishy( to me that didnt bother me, but for others who dont like overly fishy items this might not be for you.) overall it just lacked majorly in flavor.
Tin fish
I never tried tin fish before but it was actually pretty good.
