Other products work better but this is okay

I would say this works best for road bikes that get used pretty frequently. I had no issues with storing my road bike that I ride multiple times a week but for my mountain bikes that might go for longer without getting ridden they tend to fall out of the rack. Because the tire is what holds the bike in the rack, if they lose pressure over time they'll fall out. I'd say overall a large utility hook in most cases would be easier to use and install and be more reliable.

Don't hold bikes securely

In theory, these should be great. In reality, they are awful. We have followed all instructions/recommendations and tried all adjustments, but our bikes continue to randomly fall off the wall. We have one roadbike and two hardtail mountain bikes that are all within the suggested weight range. One of our bikes was damaged when it fell. Don't buy these.

Good but not great.

The product needs a strap to hold the bike in. If the tire looses air the bike will fall out of these.

Great tool for conveinient bike storage!

I live in a relatively small space and needed a pain-free way to store my bike. I have owned several Hiplok products in the past and they have always been thoughtfully designed and effective. I am happy to say that the Jaw keeps that reputation alive and well! I was a little concerned after reading the reviews that it might not perform as expected, but I can't understand why it is that they were having issues. As long as one wheel stays on the ground to support the weight of the bike, it holds very securely. I had to adjust the jaws a bit to get the right fit but when I found the sweet spot it worked as expected. The bike was easy to insert and remove from the Jaw. I was initially only going to use this to store my main bike indoors, but I think I will be purchasing a couple more so I can move the whole fleet inside. This is a great way to get your bikes inside without them taking up an unreasonable amount of space.

Good idea but missed the goal

Mismatched, poor grade mounting hardware. The wall inserts are a brittle plastic and too large for the screws provided. Once mounted firmly with hardware I sourced, this rack doesn't grip firmly enough to keep the bike upright. I wanted this to store bikes between bay doors in the garage but I fear the bike will fall into the adjacent car.

Great, compact bike wall mount

Really high quality bike wall mount. Setup is a breeze and adjustable side rails accommodate a large range of tire/wheel sizes. I’m only giving it four stars as the current adjustment mechanism doesn’t offer micro adjustments like you might see on a BOA system (tire/wheel will certainly fit but may have some give and not feel super secure). Additionally, the plastic construction is strong but could be improved upon. We have four of these now if that’s any indication of how much we like them!

Would not recommend this rack

After about a year and a half the jaws will not longer hold the bike in place. The plastic material was a pour choice for the design.

Works great!

Set up was quick and easy. Holds my hybrid bike with a strong grip, and adjusts for my other bikes. Bike goes in and out of the clamp easily. I am very satisfied with this product - good value. The Jaw is not for holding bikes up off the floor - it secures the front wheel of bike in the upright position while keeping the the weight of the back wheel on the floor. Can also secure back wheel when both wheels on the floor.

Works great

The product works great and as designed. It holds my bike in place and works well with different width tires (road bike and mountain bike).
