The quality is there!

I wear a 9 in everything. Except these - lol. I LOVE the quality of these. I need a very minimal drop shoe, they don’t make many hiking shoes that way. And I have been searching for something besides Altra for myself. I have a Mt. Whitney hike coming up in June and needed to find something besides trail runners. I like a solid fitting shoe for mountain hikes vs the “walks” we do now since we moved to MO. I have been wearing the 9s around the house and ordered the 8.5 to see if they fit better in length. These are close to a perfect fit. And I could see keeping them if the 8.5 is too small. Over all extremely pleased with the purchase!

Solid shoe, good looking

The only problem with Asolo is that they’re made so well that they last forever. GoreTEX, Vibram, solid stitching, and good build quality all make for a long lasting shoe. That’s why my husband and I own at least a half dozen each. We now buy them based on looks. This pair is very good looking and a nice light hiker and traveling shoe. I paid a bit more for this color combination but am very happy with them. You’ll want to put a new insole in them as the factory ones kind of suck, but that’s typical of most hiking gear.

Love these shoes

These shoes look great and are fully waterproof. They run a half size large. I wear a 7 1/2 but bought a 7 and they fit perfect.

Wanted to love these

Loved the look and that they're waterproof. But when I walked, they cut across my toes in a way that made my toes feel numb. Maybe the material would get less stiff over time, but I didn't want to walk more to find out.

toes went numb

I wore these for one hike. Like the style but my toes went numb in both feet. Never experienced this before. Not sure why this happened. Has not happened since.

So far, so good!

I have a pair of ASOLO hiking boots that I love, so I decided to try these as a replacement for my Keen trail hikers. Fits true to size right out of the box, and the tread feels grippy and stable. So far I've only taken them on the sidewalks around my neighborhood, but when it dries out, hopefully I'll get some hiking time on them. It's early, but so far, so good!

My feet love asolo

I got these to replace my old asolo boots after they finally fell apart. I am very happy with these. Great fit and so comfortable (even without new insoles). I hike almost daily with my 3 year old and our dogs, needed something versatile. They are lightweight enough to run and totally waterproof (no leaks even standing in a creek).
