Finally, a pair of gloves worth buying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these gloves for skiing and to replace my old Gortex gloves which were too cold in the fingertips. I have never owned a pair of gloves that actually keep the fingertips warm, and after reading reviews on these pair, I thought I'd give them a try, and boy am I happy. these gloves keep my hands warm from palm to fingertips and they're not too stiff to open and close. The only problem I have with them is the openings could be a bit wider as it is a slight pain to slide over a heavy/bulky jacket sleeve. These gloves do run a bit on the smaller side, so if you usually wear medium gloves (like me), then go for a size up. I ordered a large and they fit perfect. Other than that, though I'd say these are one of the best pair of gloves I've ever owned and at a price that doesn't break the wallet.

Sure Maybe Not Sorry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these gloves bc the rating for water proof was a 5 however that doesn't translate to air, recently NY had a very chilly day and when riding my electric scooter the cold air was able to penetrate the gloves to my fingers, making them numb. Haven't made a snowball yet so we'll see how water proof they are in the coming days. I love the fit and the adjustable straps that keep them secured to my hand. May consider a purchasing a thinner set of gloves that would fit underneath these so to maybe offset the cold wintery days to come.

perfect pair of gloves!

I'm a guy with small hands and small skinny fingers, it's hard for me to find good proper gloves that fit for everyday Canadian winter wear, only the cheap ones fit and they break and isn't as warm. I was a bit hesitant on buying these because of the price but i don't regret it. Size small fits perfect for my small hands the Etip is a bonus your finger does not have to touch the etip area for it to work incase you have really short fingers....worth every dollar!

Not warm and ETIP is useless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased these to replace an older set of TNF gloves and used them skiing in Breckenridge for two days over Thanksgiving week 2021. Temperatures ranged from mid 30s to low 20s. Sadly, although I have been a TNF user for years, these gloves have been replaced and will not make the return trip home. The advertised ETIP simply does not work and the gloves, as other users have reported, do not hold up in colder temperatures. The North Face can do better than this.

Hands Down, the best cold weather gloves!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a senior in high school, I spend much of my time outdoors, skiing, plowing, etc. In the fall, I will be attending the University of Maine in the Forestry Resource Program. Much of the program involves outdoor classroom. These North Face gloves will be so useful because they are warm but not cumbersome, so I will be able to perform outdoor tasks. I will be on a freshman budget & it looks like these gloves will survive more than a season!

Great, but could be improved!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these gloves mainly for skiing, and they are great for warmth and wind protection. However, I found two small problems during use. One is that although the inner side is waterproof, the outer side still gets wet with snow. The second is that there is no small bag containing ski pass, if northface can work on these two aspects would be perfect, I do not mind the price a little higher.

Excellent winter gloves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Men's Montana Etip Gloves are very warm and work well for temperatures between 35 and 20 degrees. Colder temperatures would require mittens, but these gloves are superior to others I have tried. The gloves also fit well and provide good mobility, but measure before you purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave this to my boyfriend as a Christmas present and he loves them! It's been snowing since he received them and he mentioned that he can't feel a breeze! Keep in mind we live in Wisco! Thinking about buying him a second pair in case he forgets his or even to buy for my dad.

Great buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great purchase. We live in West so cold days are not a lot. This pair of gloves is well suited for that much temperature. May not be ideal for super cold areas. For us, works very well. Husband is happy. Went a size up as the true size was a bit snuggly.

Perfect Christmas gift!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my dad for Christmas and I just KNOW he's going to love them! I tried them on in my hands and they are so warm. What's amazing is that he can also use his phone with them on. They are going to do a great job at making him both look and feel good.
