Truest fits like a nice warm glove
Measuring my hand before purchase was key to getting the perfect fit. These are true to size. Maybe even a little tight but the soft wool terry makes it is easy on and off and they are stretching ever so slightly. Keeps my hands and fingers warm with no cold wind on the tops while biking. I can still fit my Hestra wool liners inside for those extreme temp drops. Movement is great and dexterity so far very good. Will be purchasing the Hestra oil to protect these years to come.
Very good cold weather glove
I tested these gloves while cycling in 28-35F degree weather in Colorado and FINALLY I found a glove that kept my hands (mostly) warm throughout the 90 minute ride in freezing temperatures. I've tried many so-called cold weather gloves (Seirus, Outdoor Research, Smart Wool) and none of them have worked for me. All of them made my fingers and hands go numb. But these kept my hands pretty warm, although, there was a tiny bit of numbness creeping into my fingers, however, it eventually went away and it was very tolerable. I do worry that it may not be suitable for anything below 25F degree weather. I got a size 6 which is an extra small. I have tiny hands and they fit well. As far as dexterity, it's fine. A little bulky for cycling, but I just wanted gloves to keep my hands from going numb. It feels high quality and looks nice. I really like this Hestra brand.
Wool!
Awesome thin AND warm gloves. Second pair. The key is to get the wool lined version. Well worth the marginal markup.
