Regifted someone’s return
Ordered an 11-34, received a used 11-30 with an 11 speed lock ring. I suspect that I was ‘regifted’ someone else’s return. Really frustrating because it delays the build of my bike, and I’ve got to drive across town to sort it out. I understand and appreciate that REI has a ‘no questions asked’ return policy, but they need tighter controls around ensuring this sort of thing doesn’t happen.
