Decent fit for Petite ladies
I'm 5'0, 100lbs. usually a 27" inseam. Tried both XS and S. Small fit well on the upper body. Back grey stretch panel was very flappy and open against my back. Legs very baggy and long on me. XS fit much better, back panel was tighter but still gapes a little bit. Wish there was a way to tighten that. Shouldn't really be a problem if I'm wearing my jacket. Length was better, still long on me but these have fit me better than most pants I've found. Haven't taken it on the slopes yet but these look promising!

This bib has all the bells and whistles

After trying a few sizes, I landed on the XS petite and this is the BEST SNOW BIB. I love that it keeps the warmth in and snow out, acting as another layer up to your chest. It's lightweight, layerable, flexible, and overall super comfortable. Although it's waterproof, I don't recommend sitting on water or snow for too long because you'll still get cold. My favorite part is the zippers that go down the sides which make it super easy to use the restroom without needing to take the whole dang thing off. I think this will definitely last me a few years - but please don't stop selling these because it's the only pair I want to wear as long as I snowboard!

Not for "apple shaped" petites

Very exciting to find petite snow gear. I am 5' 0" and about 125-130lbs. I carry my weight in my waist and chest (36 C+). The medium feels very constricting around the whole torso and the straps restrict my shoulder blades. It feels fine while standing, but it's uncomfortable to sit and l would be embarrassed to sit in the them without a coat on as the pants highlight any pooch. There's only room for me to have a single thin layer underneath. I'm typically a medium or small in dresses, so I am surprised that I would need to size up to a large. If you are slim, small chested, and narrow waisted, I imagine these would be very flattering and that you would have freedom of movement. I will return these and see if I can try on a large. Small complaint that I don't like that the snaps are basically behind you.

Short women rejoice!

Finally, a cold-weather pant that I don't feel like a frump while wearing!! I am 5"1',115 lbs and 57 years young. I purchased the size small petite. Perfection! These pants fit beautifully on my body while allowing me to vary my base layers and the freedom to perform comfortably when enjoying outdoor sports. Great job, REI. Keep the styles coming for your short members!!!

Love these!

These snow pants are great! Lightly insulated and very windproof they are perfect for cold temps. I took a walk in -25 windchill today with jeans as a base layer and I was cozy warm. The bibs come up high and the cross-cross straps are comfortable and easy to fasten. Also, they much more flattering than my old cheap snow pants (not that one needs to look schmexy in snow pants, but, still!)

Finally Snow Pants for 5' Nothings

After living with some "short" Burton snow pants for 3 winters of snowboarding I made finding new shorter pants a goal for this winter and these are great. It was 100F and still August when I ordered the Petite L and if you are on the fence I suggest ordering now because they will sell out. No more rolling my pants up to have access to my snowboard bindings! These bibs will be even better than my old pants for using the bathroom because the zip back flag is a lot easier to handle than the suspenders I used with my pants. Can't wait for snow!!

Perfect Fit!

These fit me perfectly! Finally a petite with the right fit. I’m not sure what everyone else is talking about but I’m 5’2, 115 lbs and these are so perfect. I tried the xs regular ones as well and they were waaaayyy too long.
