REI claims to be "inclusive", but in this and many other of your products, I found hypocrisy. Unlike most pants on the market, which often offer 30' as regular inseam, REI's shortest to be found today are mostly 32". Then you say you offer an 29.5" as "SHORT". Yes, if you're 5'8, you may think this is short. But I don't think REI really care about short people and their real demand. From REI's chart system and all my previous experience with REI one will easily tell.
Needed snow pants for a “ski” trip. Great fit. I love the pockets. I have yet to actually them in the snow.
Great price but too warm for NW skiing. Bib comes up very high on chest and does not have ventilation in the chest area. Lining is quite heavy and even with leg vents is probably too warm. Did not get to use because delivery was delayed beyond the start date of ski trip - returned for refund.
From feedback to field testing, all of our gear is dialed-in by REI Co-op members. Their adventures informed every stitch and detail—making for better, longer-lasting gear.
