Craghoppers Kiwi Convertible Pants

I am very pleased with these pants. Very well thought out with 2(!) rear zippered and 2 large zippered front pockets two large front slash pockets, right side cargo pocket and phone pouch inside the cargo pocket, key carabiner tab on right front belt loop, reinforcement tape on at the heels. 65% polyester/35% cotton fabric and relaxed fit is extremely comfortable. 2 minor downsides: 1. My Pacsafe wallet fits snugly in the rear pocket and the tiny zipper pulls are difficult to open behind my back far enough to pull the wallet out. For travelling in areas with expert pickpockets that's great but I added some 1.5mm Dynema cord pulls that make it easy to open the rear pocket zippers. 2. The convertible leg zipper comes to the middle of my knee and I wish it was 1" to 1.5" higher.

Keeping nuts properly (minus the nut cracking)

Here’s the thing. I ordered a ton of types, and picked these for many reasons. The pockets are abundant, great. Zippered dorkiness, utilitarian, even zippered pockets or bungeed interiors really come in handy. They stretch for comfort and come with a removable belt, helpful. Waterproof enough for a soft yet durable material, I scoped all extensively. Go Brits across the pond! These are well made without the skimping of other brands...i.e. they’ll keep yer nuts warm with room to wiggle ; ) unlike the other brands of similar size. I might ONLY recommend these, period, except everyone is different. Will wear them to the bone with the ole boot scoot. Get just a size larger to layer underneath, if not, belt it. Thanks REI, stay classy, be real, and continue promoting this brand! (Btw they were also the most affordable price of those I tried)

Excellent quality, brilliant for travel.

These trousers are such excellent quality. Comfortable but robust which makes them excellent for travelling. They are tolerant of stains and easy to clean when necessary. I always make sure I have two pairs for travel.

A rare response

It seems that everything you buy these days requires a review. As a seventy five year old I have better things to do. I have been buying this product for many years. Surely reputation goes a lot further than reviews.

Excellent

Used this style for years for work. Brilliant hopefully they will be available for a while. Comfy for driving and climbing into cab, handy if I need full length on certain sites.

Good quality at an excellent price.

I have bought several pairs of trousers from Craghoppers over the years. The trousers always look good, last well and price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Best walking trousers there are.

Love my hard-wearing Craghopper trousers - comfy, quick-drying, and stand up to my long daily hikes through fields of mud and thorns.

Disappointing

Disappointed in these trousers. Fits nice around the waist but very baggy and two long. Have same pair in black and fits very well.
