Neck: Around the fullest part of the neck, at the base.
Chest: Around the chest, just under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
Sleeve: From the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down the arm to the wrist.
Waist: Around the narrowest part of the waist.
Hip: Around the widest point of the hips.
Inseam: From the crotch to the anklebone on the inside of the leg.

Great jacket!
I’ve used this for the past few months as a ski jacket - waterproof and holds up to wind! It toured with me on a Colorado backcountry hut trip for 7 days and held up awesomely as a thin outer layer under my t-shirt on blue bird days and kept me warm with some inner layers underneath in blowing snow miserable white out conditions at 12,800ft! Totally recommend.
Great All-Around Jacket
I love the stretch and water resistance of this shell. It's great for chilly spring/fall days when you don't want a locked up shell but still need some protection from the elements. It's one of those pieces that grows on you - I now find myself using it more than any other jacket. Great colors, too!
