Good product but prep before use.

Great product but first batch of water came out with a "rubbery" and unpalatable taste. Would advice to clean HydraPak in the same way as a typical hydration system. Vigorous agitation with dish soap solution followed by thorough rinsing and then follow that up with a vigorous agitation of baking soda solution and a final rinsing. Fill up the bladder several hours before needing it and then taste the water before departing on your adventure. No mechanical or leaking problems noted. Close cap tightly. Great for kayak use where you don't want bottles of water rolling around but also need to distribute weight.

Tastes disgusting

This bladder perfectly fits upright in my bike frame bag where in the same space I can only fit a 1.5L Nalgene bottle. However I stopped using it because it leaches a nasty taste to the water in no time. It also makes me wonder what kind of chemicals I'm absorbing when drinking of that bladder. If it wasn't for the taste, it could be perfect for my application (bikepacking).

So convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay this is awesome! It keeps my drink colder than my water bottle and is insanely compact for how much water it holds. I love the handle! No leaking and very flexible. Doesn’t leave a funky taste on the water! The only slight flaws are that it’s hard to clean and I’m worried it could mold. It’s hard to get all the water fully out of it and keep the bag open when drying. But no issues with that yet! If it seems all good I’m going to buy 100 more of these for my camping friends and to put on my sailboat!

Cap leaks where its welded to the bottle.

I purchased this bag with the intention of being able to use my water filter with it. I took 2 of this bottles to Mexico's Orizaba Volcano, where I was going to be doing a high camp at 16,500 feet above sea level. One bottle FAILED at the cap seam and leaked almost the whole thing over my sleeping bag, thankfully I have the mountain hardwear bishop pass goretex and with a short hang over my tent it dried up before the night came. loosing half my water on this trip was almost a total failure.

leaks, poor process / quality control

Like many others, this failed me when I needed it. It leaked a few days into a trip where it was treated gently. Don't let it happen to you.

Good water bag for longer hauls

I got this for a thru-hike and to use with a Katadyn BeFree filter. However, I use a pre-filter on the BeFree and, although it works on the HydraPak bag that comes with the BeFree, it someone makes the filter too big to use for Seeker 2L. However, the Seeker worked well for what I needed, which was a) to carry water (filtered) when I needed to camel-carry from time to time and b) to not take up much space/weight when not being used. It did both well. I didn't have any issues with durability. However, I did carry water from a pump that had been chemically treated and the taste lingered. Hopefully some cleaning tabs will help with that.

Extra Light and Compact Water Container

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Seeker 2L Ultra Light Water Storage. It is super light and small (fits in my hand). What a great container to carry if you need to be light weight and compact. The size is also amazing as 2 Liters is the amount of water I aim to drink a day. The material seems strong and resistant and the stripes on top and side allow you to carry it easily. I recommend this product.

Bikepacking water storage

I purchased this to use as a hydration bladder within my frame bag for bikepacking, because all my other bladders have either a sliding closure or the large camelback opening, and they don’t fit well in the triangular bag. With the hydration kit hose attached, it’s an affordable and effective option. I did find that I have to orient the bag with the opening pointing up in order to keep the hose from kinking, which does require extra effort to drink from, but that’s an issue with my application and not the product. The bag is a great quality, super lightweight, and highly collapsible.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I received this product, I had to start testing it out. I love it. It holds up to 2 liters of whatever beverage you put in it. It hasn’t leaked. I will be using this on my camping trips.
