Love the Pro Team Bib, with a disclaimer...
This is definitely my favorite bib. The chamois is so the most comfortable of any bib that I've found. This bib does a really good job of keeping my dry on my rides. This bib is meant to be pretty tight and snug to reduce drag and make you more aerodynamic. The material isn't as stretchy as other bibs I've worn which is good in some ways and bad in others. I like that the straps aren't super stretchy, it helps keep the bib in position and prevents it from sliding or moving during your ride. Because it is not stretchy (speaking to the men here) you basically have to take off your jersey and pull the straps down in order to go to the bathroom. With other bibs, the stretchiness has created other options when needing to go to the bathroom versus taking the whole thing off. This isn't enough to deter me from buying this bib, in fact, I just order another one but I'm sure that would be a breaking point for some people interested in this. I'm 5'7, 160lbs, I wear a Medium.

Not for tall people?
At 170lb / 6'2" / 34W I assumed size L would be fine. The straps were too short, uncomfortably so. As others have noted, the front panel comes up much higher than other bibs (two inches above my navel!) making "access" impossible without pulling down the straps

A keeper - but challenging for mid-ride pit stops

Size L fits me well (175 lb, 6'0" tall, 35" waist). The shoulder straps are ok though perhaps a bit on the tight side. Good form fit and compression overall. Very comfortable chamois. Overall feels well made, no uncomfortable seams. The front panel does extend above my navel, however, making it impossible to micturate without removing jersey and taking down the straps.

Too small

I’m 6’1 205 lbs. went for large. Too tight in the crotch and straps are just a little on the tight side. REI does not have XL so i’ll be returnin them. Otherwise great chamois quality and overall feel

A great long distance bib

207 lbs, 38" waist, XL size fits perfectly. Coming from PI Pros. Compression on these is really perfect and more than the PIs. Fabric is heavier than PIs, and maybe a bit hotter, but helps account for better compression. Straps are comfortable, but not as stretchy, and while they are a bit tight, they keep the chamois rock solid (I also run long in the torso). With a 32" inseam the leg length runs long, ended up perfect for me, but another inch would have made them a returned item. Leg grippers are tight, so I never need to adjust, but some might find them too tight. The best thing about the PIs is their new chamois, and this is on par with those, which is a complement. My PI Pros fell apart after 1 season, jury is still out on these, but initial quality seems excellent.

Very nice, legs a bit short

My second pair of Rapha pro team bibs. Great material, sharp look, snug fit (5ft 9in, 160lbs). Legs a little shorter cut on this pair but still a 5/5 product.

Amazing Bib Shorts!

When I wear these shorts, it fits my body like a glove - i especially appreciate how it come over the love handles and lower tummy, especially when riding in the aero position. it provides that needed compression where it counts, and not where it doesn't. Many times, when I wear bib shorts that have compression, it also crushes the nether regions, whereas these shorts seem to have plenty of stretch down there so that it's not causing any numbness. The shoulder straps are also very comfortable, being made of a thin, breathable and soft mesh, and doesn't cut into your shoulders. Most importantly, in any bib shorts, the chamois knocks these shorts outta the park! They have good density and disperse the hotspots properly, even though I'm riding on my relatively hard racing saddle, I was able to ride for 7 hours without a sore bum - this also should come with time on the saddle, so your miles may vary. As for my experience, it provided great cushioning for how thin it is - and doesn't make you look like youre wearing a diaper. Speaking of fit, even though I have a shorter than average inseam, these shorts can sit nicely above the knees, because it's not too long to begin with, and the leg grippers are effective and well cut and tapered, so it doesn't have a weird flare that cheaper bib shorts have. instead, they hug your thighs very well! I say give it a shot, it does have a more race fit, so if you want it to be loose (which you really shouldn't) than order one size up, and if it's not working out for you, REI has an amazing return policy, especially if you're returning it as new after just trying it on, there's no questions asked!

Too small

Followed the size chart but the L were too small. REI doesn’t have the XL. So I struck out.

Short straps

Feels very nice but could not wear them on a ride because they are too short. 180lbs, 6ft 1in thought a large would be good but the straps were too short and it pulled up too high.
